I honestly don't know how I feel about SIC figures, I think I usually just prefer a standard recreation of what was on-screen. What really amuses me about these, though, is how they managed to take such goofy-looking suits and turn them into almost creepy looking figures, but still keep the overall look.

The aesthetic of the SIC's reminds me of shougeki gouraigan, which makes me want them.

I also didn't know this existed. Those toy versions versus the on-screen versions are just night and day, of course. Started poking around to see what else I could find about this series (starting with "What is a Jankler?") and came across another screenshot that makes me want to hunt down some episodes:

It always amazes me just how radically stylised SIC designs can be from the source material.
without knowing that these 3 were meant to be the Akumaizer 3, I'd have never realised it. also I didn't know the designer of the SIC line also designed the Roidmude, that was a fun bit of trivia |

I love that design for Zabitan, really cool interpretation of the old suits. I wish the old Toku shows would get some subbing love outside of metal heros.

They're SIC, so they look a bit out there, but they're still pretty cool looking!

I'm always so tempted to buy these guys from Mandarake, but after getting a couple older SICs I'm just a bit too worried about their integrity and what not. Quite fragile, even if the cost is quite low.

Interesting looking figure. The wing? like structures on the head kinda reminds me of RID Megatron.
