Its pretty much how they always try to explain it...it happened but you have to imagine that some things were different.

This is why I see a market in direct-to-DVD animated films of these events that are still in continuity within the DC Universe but altered to fit the New 52 timeline.

That would actually be pretty neat. I always get a headache when I want to read things like 90s Spider-Man but "I have to imagine" that Peter and MJ arent married.

I'm still waiting for OctoPeter to end One More Day. At least then, he would be able to atone for his murdering of my childhood.
C'mon, Slott. We all want it. Do it... Please? |

I was,and still am,an Ultimates universe fan.I just like the design and the feel of the characters. My one gripe has to be Spiderman.Loved the series, thought it was fantastic, till they killed Peter. No questions asked, just dead.

My only solace with that fact is that those issues featured the ghost of Peter Parker. He's a good writer (just ask Ends of the Earth!). He just takes to much zeal in crushing childhoods. Quote:

Iron Man was a fun read, even if completely out of canon. Last edited by algo448; 02-26-2014 at 01:02 PM.. |

I stopped reading Ultimate after the whole united we stand stuff. X-Men and Ultimates just went downhill after that.

What was the deal with that anyways? I just know it felt forced as heck and Miles was really out of place there.
