To be fair Gentoku's goal to rule Japan is out of his fear that Seito or Hokuto would invade Toutou so that he could bring peace to all three nations. It's doing the wrong thing for the right reason which kinda fits with how every major player represents something of war

Hmmm...it looks like Mad Rogue is fighting alongside Build and Grease in some of the photos. Wonder if this means Gentoku became a good guy? (Although not actually good, like Genm.)

Perhaps so but in Build's defense, Gentoku joining forces with the rest of the Build crew makes a heck of a lot more sense than Kuroto joining the Ex-Aid crew. |

You're probably right. Although it stills confuses me that Bandai would want to market two separate Rider with such similar names. Also, it kind of confuses me that Utsumi would want the Earth destroyed as well, given that he works for/ brainwashed by Nanba, who've stated that they want to take over the world, not destroy it. Guess we'll see eventually.

I like Mad Rogue. I also like the idea that Mad Rogue's an upgrade to Night Rogue, whereas Gentoku using the name Rogue is more a sign of pride and/or just him doing it because he's associated himself with it for a long time.

Guessing entirely.
But looks like Mad Rogue might be Rogue after he loses to Evol and then gets recruited by Evol. Which would suggest Evol is BloodStalk to bring the story back around to how it started in their dynamic but in a new way with the power dynamics altered and more apparent in that "Evol above Mad Rogue" way, instead of the Blood Stalk and Rogue way where Rogue thought he was in charge but Stalk was really using him instead. Which seems to suggest further character growth of Rogue between the flashback special to the start of the series in how his ego keeps trying to push him to feeling in control and in charge, but he's really never been and Stalk has been using that ego to manipulate/control him. Which fits to the Evol over Mad Rogue dynamic as Rogue having to keep swallowing his pride as the series seems to keep doing to him by trying to force him to put that ego in check. But I could also see them building up to a Night Rogue vs Mad Rogue too and trying not to over hype that as yet to keep it a surprise. But I could also see Evol giving Rogue the Mad Rogue gear after destroying the Rogue gel system. As a kind of proving his superiority thing since even with equal gear before, BloodStalk was still more powerful/used it smarter. But I could also see Mad Rogue being someone new that sends Rogue on a downward spiral of despair by getting defeated and having his "fake Rogue" power revoked to further the blows to his ego, and force other character developments as that ego caused no one to be willing to create new gear for him and has isolated him and forced him to change as a person. Either way, loving the Evol form designs with how his torso stays as is. Looking forward to how this story plays out in the show! That "Rider" bottle seems to have some interesting potential to it too for other matches. Last edited by Librarian; 04-26-2018 at 12:28 AM.. |

Mad Rogue is noted to be someone highly intelligent and use the pronoun 'watashi' (like Utsumi does, whereas Himuro uses 'ore'). He's also shown doing Utsumi's glasses pose. Meanwhile, Kamen Rider Rogue is shown fighting against Evol, together with Grease, Cross-Z and Build - and Himuro has been set up for a redemption arc for some time now. |

Yeah, after further inspection, it seems more likely that Utsumi is going to be Mad Rogue. Which is a shame, as Utsumi is a strange mixture of Cardboard Cutout and Micchy during the middle of Gaim. Also still baffling from a marketing standpoint, but oh well.
Actually though, it makes me wonder if Utsumi and Gentoku have any relationship with Mars, as they both could handle the transteam gun, and Utsumi could even become Hellbros. Gentoku is also especially strange, given that he randomly could use the transteam gun, and has been highlighted throughout the series to have been majorly effected by the Pandora Box. |

Really the most consistent aspect about him is his intelligence, being only second to Sento as far as smartest character in Build. Which reminds me of what someone brought up as the potential origin of Mad Rogue's name. Mad Rogue i.e mad scientist. |

HellBro's is based off of BiKaiser from Heisei Generations Final, which was created by a friend of Katsuragi's. Also nothing to do with Mars. |
