I didn't see an UGLY* armored Batman, but the one I posted was....
Bam! And dude... you won't be disappointed. I don't know if you've read about the shoulders: I haven't had any problems, but I've babied it, so just watch that area. YEa, I do wish the cape was at least CUT more to form on the magnet parts if it couldn't be done differently in general (latches, maybe?), but it's good for what it's worth. I'm hoping to maybe see some custom ideas. EDIT: I had to check where you live when I read that you were getting this at a comic shop, and super jealous of that: My town's comic shops don't sell collectible-styled toys at all.

The only reason my shop orders this stuff is because I manage it! I place the monthly orders so when it comes to stuff like this (or figuarts, SRC, what have you) I typically order one for myself and one for another local member of this board. Like I'm getting SRC Daizyujin and SIC TaToBa next week. Comic Shops are just on a much later shipping schedule for import collectibles. Usually about a month and a half behind.

First time I've done a written review in a while, but a guest review on my site put me to shame, so I'm giving it a go again along WITH the video review: Toy Review/Pictorial: Play Imaginative 1/6th Scale Super Alloy Batman (Jim Lee Edition)

I think that Bats is very nice looking, but I don't have room for 12" figures, and besides, isn't pretty expensive?
Some Misc stuff! Toy World Grind Rod and iGear Hench TF PRID Rumble Ame-Comi Harley Quinn DC Direct Arkham Asylumn Harley Quinn WFC Megatron with Dream Maker forearms (spoiler, they suck, the weapons are good though) Classics Bee with Devil Horns kit BTS Sunbite and Solar Flare minions (camera had a hard time with these guys) Perfect Effect RC - hands down the best Perfect Effect figure available, and I love the SFX set. She is amazing. But PE forgot to paint the backpack, so I added the black makes it look lots better than stock. |

Yea, the price range is around 3 bills, so it's a bit up there, but definitely glad I bought it. Great pics, and I agree on PE-DX RC being their best work!
CHOO CHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
