I bet somebody might buy this and the Figuarts, still it looks pretty cool despite it looking like the Red Ranger been hitting both the gym and juicing at the same time.

I've actually thought about buying it just to last me until the Figuarts comes out. Then I realized it would be a waste of my money to do so, even if I could do a comic out of it.

This isn't such a terrible figure for the $16 - $20 price point. It has quite a bit of articulation and a well balanced set of accessories. The 'roid rage look can be off putting., but it's almost become a staple of the power rangers toyline.
Honestly though, I just got this figure to display with the Lord Zedd figure I'm making |

It doesn't look too bad, considering it probably costs half the price of the Figuarts version. Plus if you want the dragon armour for the Figuart, you're gonna have to buy a separate figure and most likely as an exclusive, making this thing a fraction of the cost.
I personally don't really care for it, but I can see why you would be, if you're on a budget. |

NOt worth getting for a couple of reasons,
the screws all over the back but really, the reason not to would be the ridiculously over ripped look, no Power Ranger ever looked like that and I don't think it sends a good message to children saying that in order to be a hero you have to be built like Beefcake. |

Not sure if there's really a point in having these figures now that we got Figuarts, to be honest.

The roided-out look actually isn't so bad in these pictures. I'm actually considering it, but it totally depends on how it looks in person. If it's not that bad, then $20 is a lot easier to swallow than the very unappealing prospect of paying $45 for a Figuart of a character that I really don't care for very much.

You know I hate the way it looks but it would fix the whole problem if some one cast a head that fit the body, sure it would still too muscled up but it could always be some kind of super jazzed up version of the character, he could be over 9,000.
