Comment below on what you think! Personally, I think that is the element of Go-Busters that is being incorporated being influenced from Enter, Go-Busters' main villain.

Looks like it with his goggles as a homage to Enter. Another influence from Go-Busters is a senior member (Ms.Morgan) at the base feeding the Dino Charge Rangers advice & instructions through a headset.

This would have been better suited for the Super Sentai general questions thread.
Also I don't think that talking through a headset is a homage. She more or less uses face time. |

It's a bit of a stretch.
Enter was a humanoid being working for a greater evil. Heckyl/Snyde, from what we know, is simply a destroyer of galaxies who is finally freed from the prison Sledge put him in. The fact both wear goggles doesn't show a direct line of "inspired by" to me. Maybe Chip will come out later and say whether or not that was the case, but it takes more than a single prop to have something be "inspired" ... now, if Heckyl/Snyde ends up becoming the Talon Ranger after absorbing Tyler's information, then yes, I would call that inspiration.
