I would consider that Dinosaur thing a toku/anime hybrid. I mean, look at this screenshot. What part of this ISN'T Toku
Some of the other shows, i'd say it's safe to say they're a form of toku, but not really the CORE of toku, if that makes any sense.

Yes it count as Toku (it's from Japan), but my topic is talking about toku-style production not from Japan, if you look at my first post you'll notice the video I linked all of them are not Japanese. That's what I'm talking about if those count as Toku or not.

I don't know if this count as Toku too, but this 2010 K-drama, Grudge: Revolt of the Gumiho (alternate title: Gumiho: Tale of the Fox's Child), which BTW you can watch on Dramafever. This show has some toku-style special effect in that drama. I mean watch these 2 video:
