Zords and Auric were also nixed from new footage (though the old rumor that they lost the OG Ninjaman/Ninjor suit makes me wonder if Toei was nervous about letting Saban have EVERYTHING). It's possible that Zeo would've had a more cohesive and inclusive finale if Saban was using all the props and costumes! I sincerely hope that despite the LC foregoing main weapons, Hasbro and/or BOOM! draft a REAL post-Zeo/pre-Turbo Movie finale! |

Hasbro is apparently moving away from using plastic in all toy packaging, including action figures. I'm very curious how this'll affect LC packaging in future; if it'll be all-closed or all-open. If it's the former, that'll be very unfortunate if certain paint app inconsistencies keep up...

As for the comics doing a true Zeo to Turbo story, I do hope they do. However, I think they will stick with the MMPR suits for as long as they can. I would doubt we ever get to a full on turbo transition in the comics. |

Best BOOM! would do is a graphic novel/side-story in the same vein as Soul of the Dragon or The Psycho Path!

This line isn’t too bad. Wish the figurative line continued though.

Uggghhhh Hasbro toys still hasn't appear in my country. Probably till April. I really want the Lightning Collection.
Yeah, it was when Power Rangers was still using what I call "kid karate" moves for its fight scenes because weapons are too violent. It wasn't until in Space where weapons fully become commonplace.

So based on the pics from Rangerboard.
SPD Red sorta has a line dividing the visor from the forehead. It's more like an unpainted lip/undercut so I think YMMV at how much a divide it is. SPD Red's guns do combine so good job Hasbro. I don't get why Hasbro in none of it's pictures highlighted that feature. The back of the box also uses the renders with the silver gloves. No Zeo Blue doesn't have Tonfas/Axes. No the sword doesn't collapse. It's simply not possible at that size. Ignoring it's soft plastic, the blade would have nowhere to go. Also some folks would notice that the guard would have to also collapse to be accurate. It is very much an impossible prop like the MMPR Blue Lance. |
