And pre-ordered. $80 for the convenience doesn't sound bad to me. From what I can see, Shinken-Oh is gaining value so to be able to get a brand new one for just $80 instead of having to hunt down one, pay import costs, etc
Though that's not taking into consideration if this'll show up in TRU stores as well and shelfwarm like most of their high-priced exclusives, only to be available later during a sale |

So is this thing going to end up in store also? I'd love to get it but seeing it in store as opposed to ordering it online always makes a difference to me.

80's nostalgia rules right now. Optimus Prime is way more popular than Power Rangers, especially a newer series like Samurai. Even Masterpiece Thundercracker was a shelf warmer at the local TRU.

Give me the same price in Australian dollars and he's mine. I fear though, that even if he does come here, it will be jacked up ridiculously in price.

This is our chance to have a collectors line for Power Rangers for all those who don't like the new Zord Builder system. So support it and we may get more.

I regularly see Shinkenoh for 4000-6000 yen on Mandarake all the time. The chances of ever seeing it in my TRU are slim. Probably just take my chances continuing to wait this one out.

A US release of the japanese toy? That's pretty cool. I think I maybe once saw it for 4000 on Mandarake, and guessing that shipping would bring it close up to this price, I'll be seeing if my cousin can use his TRU discount to order it for me.

Cool! I think this is good for people who wanted one and could never get it, and $80 isn't that bad a price.
