This is about MOTWs though. Goldar, Scorpina, the psychos, Vrak and Metal Alice are main/regular villains. Completely different thing altogether. Besides, you passed off the whole of Disney and didn't mention Mesagog?
I think a lot of it stems though from the fact names were a bigger thing in MMPR though. How often do episodes actually make specific reference to monster names now? They say them briefly in a sentence and that's it.

Remember the monster that almost baked the Turbo rangers into a giant pizza?
Yes, you do. Everyone remembers him. Whether they completely hated him or thought it was hilarious like me, even people who didn't watch Turbo knows this monster. And yet, I have no idea what his name was

I'd have to give points to Silo from Zeo. Always did like this design.

I specifically remember a wild force motw named Juggalo. I used to listen to ICP in high school and found it humorous. But other than him. I couldn't name another from any other season , except MMPR.

To be entirely honest, I don't think the MMPR monsters are really as memorable as everyone wants to declare past Pirantishead.
I may not know the names, but monsters like the wasp that wanted to be good in In Space, the petty criminal in Time Force, the snake monster from Lightspeed Rescue, or the knight from Lost Galaxy left greater impact than a lot of the monsters from MMPR. For MMPR, I remember what the monster did in the episode's plot to the rangers. For other seasons, I actually remember the monster itself.

I have a lotta favorite MotWs form MMPR season 1 & 2.
Season 1: Snizzard, Samurai Fan Man, Grumblebee, Pumpkin Rapper, Soccadillo, Commander Crayfish and His Mutant Rangers, Bones, Chunky Chicken, Oysterizer and Goofish. Season 2: Turbanshell, Primator, Pachinko Head, Pipe brain, Magnet Brain and the Invenusable Flytrap. I had to look up the names for these because i could only remember what they looked like.

Was he the one that caused them to use the Super Zeo Megazord for the first time?

Pudgy Pig. While in retrospect, the idea of a monster being a pig head wearing a Spartan helmet and having hooves for legs sounds trippy, it at least gave us the idea that these monsters had personality.
