The body design is great; it really invokes the feel of an engine block with the pipes and such. The helmet leaves a lot to be desired, though. It's like a helmet from Halo that no one will ever use. The accessories look fantastic! That sword is sweeeeeet.

I really like this S.I.C figure. I do like the aesthetic they go for but the other ones always seem really busy, this one I feel is more streamlined which I like.

Seeing Drive himself in this style is really interesting following all of the Roidmudes. He looks like he would still fit in perfectly in the show, for obvious reasons heh. The scale's still not for me, but he looks great. And does have one huge advantage over the SHF - he actually includes his weapons, nice!

Love it! This is such an amazing line. The figs have such good sculpt and paint.

I think the strength of SIC Drive is not necessarily the base redesign itself but the capacity for over-the-top designs using the tire changes. Max Flare looks really crazy, but great, and the Midnight Shadow they showed at an event was also really cool. Shame they don't release extra accessory stuff like that on its own.

This pretty much highlights why I'm not too huge of a fan of S.I.C's: too much detail for my taste. I understand it's part of what makes it an S.I.C, but once again, not for me.

SIC has some really nice designs to be honest, but there's just something that nags at me whenever I see them, even Drive here, and it's that... is it just me or do just looking at this things, does anyone else feel they look like their stiff and hard to move around in terms of posing?
I don't know maybe it's just me but it just looks like it's a hassle to move around the parts to just pose him in a simple pose because it just looks like a stiff looking figure to me, that's just me though. |

Are SIC's bigger/more sturdy than they used to be? Cause I got a Blade King Form on that looks bada**, it's also on the small and just feels fragile. It's really the only thing stopping me from getting a Gaim SIC.

This is more like an injustice grittier type of figure. I don't see anything horrible with it, I think you guys are giving it a bit of a bad rep, I think with all the effects it brings it out. I think overall though I agree with AkibaSilver while impressive looking, not sure I'd pick it up.
