Seeing as I'm currently residing in a hotel, I thought now would be a perfect time to swap stories about our experiences in a hotel. I'll start.
In the 8th grade, I was on a field trip to Washington, D.C. We were leaving our first hotel. I was in an elevator by myself towards the end of this process when I suddenly got a devious little idea. I figured that, after myself, no one from our group would need to use the elevator again. As such, I thought it would be the perfect time to leave the elevator and press allofthe buttons on my way out. A few minutes later, we were finishing packing up when a few other kids came down the stairs, telling us that the elevators were not working. Thankfully, none of the teachers knew about my little prank, but to this day, a few of my friends still speak of the time I broke down the elevator. |

One time I was in a hotel in New York with three friends. One of my friends, who we'll call B, went down to the lobby one night to get a coke. We had just gone and seen Sleep No More, so we all had our masks from that (which look like this). We decided to leave a laptop playing Why Don't You Do Right (sorta slow, creepy 1920s song) and some loud static on a loop. We also dimmed the lights using B's clothes, which we strew everywhere. Basically made it look like a set from a cheap horror movie. We put on our masks and hid in the bathroom, and waited for B to come in and freak out.
B screamed loudly and slept in the bathroom that night. |

Blood Bowl group chat in my Hotel in Chicago, we were all going to a tournament in the hotel the next day and we organized a group meet in my room over Facebook. Sat around, chatted tactics and I passed out from jet lag. Made some great friends at that event, won a scavenger hunt with the guys from the Both Down podcast and we got the catchphrase 'strong grapple taunt!' after a small N64 wcw gaming night
