Honestly, if this is true I'm kind of happy. Assuming that Hasbro will start producing action figures for power rangers, I think they will do a much better job than Bandai America especially with the legacy line.
My biggest complaint with Bandai America is that they are cheap, really cheap, and it shows in their products. And the worst part is they justify low quality by saying if they add one more extra paint application or accessory then the figure would be too expensive to produce, when other companies are able to do the same things better and cheaper. Lately I've been thinking about what the legacy line could be if it fell into the hands of the right company and now we just might get that answer. We may finally get figures that actually have collector quality |

Damn . i wonder what will happen to them without their cash cow. I feel like playmates and hasbro are good options for pr. Playmates did a good job on voltron.

I do hope this means that the Legacy figures will feature better sculpts, since it seemed BOA was terrified of giving men and women normal proportions.

Hm, wonder what this'll mean for Legacy roleplay items.
I should note that at least a few people currently working on Transformers are former employees of Bandai America, before we get all doom and gloom, but man, this is a game changer. Last edited by Sprocket; 02-15-2018 at 06:21 PM.. |

Being an employee of BoA isn't a bad thing. It was just the unnecessary restrictions Bandai had on the figures that was the issue.

I really REALLY REALLY hope they at least finish out the 6.5 inch legacy teams they've started.
And that Hasbro continues the line. |
