So basically, I've always liked the Falconzord, but don't know very much about this stuff, etc, so that's where Tokunation comes in.
Like, I know there are the full sized ones that combined with the big (deluxe?) Shogun & Ninja Megazords (the ones that came apart), and I've read that there are at least two different kinds (deluxe & movie). However, I can't tell what's different about the toys themselves from pictures, and I'm still puzzled about whether the "knockoff" one I've read about that apparently has electronics is something entirely different from those two, or whether people are just referring to a reissue as a "fake". Then when it gets into different molds all together, I know there's also a smaller toy that went with the mini Ninja Megazord that didn't separate (I have this one), but other than that I'm totally lost, even after taking to google... so yeah. If someone could help me out here with a brief rundown of what exactly exists in regards to the Falconzord, it'd be greatly appreciated, especially if I end up tracking one of the bigger ones down.

I've never heard of a knock-off version before, but I know at the very least the TV version of the Power Rangers one had all of electronics gutted from it. I expect the same would go for the movie one version, but I've never actually seen that.

It's not really 2 different kinds.
Just two different boxes. (My cousin owned the movie version of the Ninja Megazord, and I the TV one. We couldn't find any discernible difference. However, take that as you will, since only I had a Falconzord (And I can't remember which version it was)) |

there is 2 versions yes but one if the Japanese version Tsubasamaru which had lights in the wings and the American version Falconzord which was completely gutted. ive owned the american version and while its nice, it just doesnt feel complete because its pretty much completely hollow. if you really want one you gotta track down Tsubasamaru
there is a KO around that ive seen before on RB it has full electronics in it but most people get them and gut the electronics out of it. Last edited by Denshin48; 04-17-2012 at 12:52 AM.. |

Haha well, I think I'd be more than cool with a "hollow" one, as I'd mostly just want it for a display piece. Like, this isn't to say that I wouldn't pretend that it's flying around or blasting baddies every now & then, but I think I'll be alright making my own sound effects if necessary. When I get around to it, I'm gonna spend some more time online to figure how much I should expect to pay & whatnot (aka, check other sites besides the ones I already frequent since places like RB are gonna be a much better gauge), and who knows. Maybe I'll get lucky
