The falling rose petals in the Heisei Riders Rising promo pictures - placed right where a Shinkocchou Seihou Kiva figure would stand - cinched it for me. I suspect the image above is upside-down, WAKE UP Kiva, and the shape in the upper-right corner is the unfurled monster-bat leg. (If so, the blurred thing in the right corner is probably a chain.)
I think it goes without saying that we'll get a replacement part for the leg, as well as some character-specific hands. I'm less certain about how they'll handle the driver, and specifically the tiny fuestles. I'd really like for the figure to come with a violin, bow, and appropriate hands. I wouldn't expect him to come with the weapons specific to his alternate forms. (Huh. Kiva isn't even my favorite series, but I might actually be willing to buy an SS version of one of those forms.) Would a tiny Kivat make sense? For some reason, I can't recall whether Kivat ever came off the driver belt in that form. |

Maybe they can even work a tiny hinge into Kivat so you could actually stick a flute in his mouth. Or make him "gabu". Quote:

There are also rare occasions where Kivat flew off the belt to attack enemies, so it would be quite lame if they didn't do it. A flight stand like the one they included with the first run of Ghost would cool too. |

Kiva revealed on the 24th, a week before Halloween, and a day after other reasons is hilariously perfect. That's so them. xD Love it! Perfect timing.
Kiva will always hold a special place in my heart, and considering he's one of the other "King" riders. Seems rather perfect to have some focus on him. |

Now if only Halloween would fall on a full moon night for the trifecta. Or a blood moon. Speaking of Kiva in general, it's awesome to have so much focus on him via a toy special release. His show marked a birthday for Ishinomori, and Wataru was also the lead in for Decade in character interactions. Plus he did have a dragon upper form, and now they're doing a Dragon Sentai. It's Knight. It's gotta be Knight. Nothing else fits. I'm just curious why they'd do him before Ryuki.
Mind you, I'm not complaining...

What we can see of the pose looks exactly like the beginning of Kiva's Darkness Moon Break kick sequence, but with his leg's bat-wings unfurled. Especially with the moon in the background.
God, I hope this isn't an obscenely expensive web-only release... EDIT: like this... EDIT 2: and this... This seems to be Kiva's signature pose, I guess. Last edited by Kamen Rider Lucha; 10-17-2018 at 03:45 PM.. |

I see Kiva's a pro at getting Thots to Begone. Cause that kick just screams BEGONE, THOT.
