I wonder if/when the SRC Gosei Great gets released if everyone will start calling "Trash" on this toy, too...

Meh. I really dont like the redesigns on this zords. Some look good, but, doesnt really call my attention. The only one that I liked was the ZEO and Jungle Pride megazords. Other than that, i could really care less for the others.

Wow, that picture with the MMPR villain has me sold! Beyond sold! I like the size, and it definitely reminds me of my old action figures. It'd be cool if they made a villain or two in scale with it so they could have zord battles. I guess fighting the mighty minotaur, and pudgy pig will have to suffice, lol

Honestly, this seems of good quality. Maybe it's just me, but if I had this, and the SRC version came out, I'd probably pass on the Chogokin. Why pay so much extra for something when I can get something just as good (to me) for 12.99?
Again, that's purely me, personally.

Again, that's purely me, personally. For all of the other series/Megazords I don't care as much about, I'm fine with picking up a retrofire for a fraction of the cost. And, like you, I use to love the 5 inch 'action zords' they used to make. I see the retrofires as just a continuation of that scaled down megazord line. |

The only SRC I want to get is Magiking, just cause it's perfection. That and the fact the wings add to the emotion/personality of the figure. If they start making the rest of the retrofires like this, then I'm sticking with retrofire.Way cheaper and the only difference is poseability. It's like choosing between SHF and SiC.

I love the retrofire gosei megazords. They finally stopped half assing the articulation on them. I like the previous ones but fully posable ones are amazing.
