Thanks to some more creative fans in Japan we've seen yet another hack of the DX Wizardriver from Kamen Rider Wizard. This hack reveals something called Special Rush. Apparently Wizard will obtain and potentially use a ring by that name in Kamen Rider Movie Wars Ultimatum. The most intersting part is that when this ring is scanned across the Wizardriver it performs a special roll call for Showa riders. All of them from Ichigou through Shin. ZO and J appear to have been left out but depending on who you ask they are or aren't considered Showa riders anyway.
But what does this shout out from the Wizardriver mean? Are we being treated to another round of awesome appearances by Showa Kamen Riders like we were in Movie Wars Megamax? The movie will officially feature Kamen Riders Wizard, Fourze, Meteor, Nadeshiko, OOO, Birth, W, and Accel, Bishoujo Kamen Poitrine, Sannagiman/Inazuman, and the Akumaizer 3. And presumably an appearance by Kamen Rider Beast! Will adding the Showa Kamen Riders top off this final love letter to the spirit of Inshinimori? Time will tell, stay tuned with Tokunation to find out. Link to Video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=NF_B76sqv18 Credit: Orends Ranger

We have 8 Riders in the movie already. That's enough. I'm getting tired of Toei over doing this.

Actually it'll be 9 if Beast appears as expected. Adding the Showa guys may be pushing it but again this isn't confirmed. But to be honest it doesn't bother me. I love seeing team-ups like this. It was just great to see in Megamax and that movie had 12 riders with Meteors appearance at the end.

I dunno, the only time the appearances have been random were in anniversary movies (where plot is usually thin ANYWAY). The Showa guys appearance in Megamax made perfect sense and worked well.

Another thing I've noticed since Groundain & Skydain's appearance is that Toei is bringing in heroes from the past that barely anyone knows of today other than the folks who are older and may have seen the shows. Why is Toei doing it with Kamen Rider and not Sentai I don't know. I imagined seeing the Ninja Captors in Gokaiger when it got those movies but they never showed up at all! I mean Super Hero Taisen, 199 Hero Battle? Come on now! There's no reason for them to keep doing this s**t man. The kids of today probably don't care about the heroes of the past. Only we adults do and man that's a longshot.
