Upon further inspection it seems like this user edited the image. Either that or someone impersonated Scott Cawthon on YouTube again.
I'm frankly kind of disappointed.

Okay, just to clarify (I didn't watch the video just so you know) I meant that it was very unnecessary to add alongside the movie's runtime, which I found more annoying than anything else, and not in an offensive way or anything like that. It's like this story about how my mom and sister went to see Pixar's Coco in theaters and had to sit through Olaf's Frozen Adventure (Which I think you can guess how that was like) where they were telling each other that Coco had better be worth it, which thankfully it was (Great movie). Can't say anything about your video or if there is such truth to it, since I don't care for stuff like that.
