I started reading Dune by Frank Herbert today. It's pretty interesting so far and I'm already up to page 76.

I'm finally starting Jonathan Hickman's X-Men run.

Ooooh, you'll have to post your thoughts! I really love it, but it's a pretty huge change for the franchise.

Finished reading Dune yesterday. It does make feel like wanting to read Dune Messiah and Children of Dune somewhere down the line. But for now, I am currently reading Interview With The Vampire and I am planning to read The Vampire Lestat and Queen Of The Damned sometime after that.

Dude how does Moira's power works? At first I thought she was reborn throughout decades but it seems like she's reborn in an alternate timelines/universes.

My understanding (and it's been a few months since I read it) is that she's the powerful mutant who ever existed. When she dies, she restarts the universe at the moment of her birth (or conception). She can only do it a set amount of times (with some narrative wiggle-room), and she's currently on her last life in the ongoing X-Men series.

I remember when the second issue of House of X came out. (I run a comics shop in Chicago, I don't know if I mentioned that.) People were pretty excited for HoX/PoX, but no one really knew what the story was supposed to be yet. When that Moira X issue came out, it was seismic. The scope of the story was so far beyond what anyone expected, and it lit a fuse on X-Men fans. No one sat on the sidelines after that issue came out. Everyone needed to know what happened next.

Yeah, everything resets, except her memories. She remembers all of the lives she's lived and all of the knowledge she gained. Each new life becomes a different experiment, a different attempt to create a positive outcome. It... it is not easy!
