No, as long as you don't download the show, it's fine. It's funny how Crunchyroll shills warn against piracy, when Crunchyroll used to be a pirating site. Besides, you aren't in their main market, Toei only would care if you were selling the series illegally. You aren't profiting off of it, therefore nothing bad happens.
1. Are you sure? is just streaming copyright infringement? 2. I was wondernig, is listening to rider music on YT bad? |

you know from a business standpoint, they turn a blind eye to the streaming and downloading, they don't have to pay any money to get the shows subbed since fans do it for free, there's no licensing or import issues, and they know for a fact they have a niche fanbase in the States (and other places) that snatch up the toys because they watch the shows.
So they make money on the shows being watched, and they save money in a variety of ways, by not doing things the regular/normal/legal ways. ..it's actually pretty smart of them to just let it happen. |

Well, they certainly don't do very much about it.

Toei occasionally cracks down on YouTube and gets videos with their footage taken down, but I haven't heard about it happening in a while. |

Oh yeah, they do come down pretty hard on Youtube videos. I was more thinking about fansubs when I said that.

Technically, anytime you're accessing the media in a way that isn't provided or approved by the copyright provider it's considered piracy.

I was told this:

Asking is streaming toku illegal and if there will be any repercussions for it aren't the same thing.
