For those wanting a more traditional look, Flame Toys will also be releasing a Megazord model kit.

Looks great! Flame toys has some solid engineering.
What will put it over the minipla is the amount of stickers it does or doesn't use. BTW it is $110 listed at BBTS https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Produ...Details/223339

Price isn't too bad for a combining kit! Definitely stockier and more square than I was expecting but I think it'll be fun to put together and add to the collection!

Super cool that they're making an original design kit as well! It gives people options because the SMP is hard to get.

I would love to see Hasbro collaborate with LEGO to do a Dino Megazord one day similar to what they did when they made the LEGO Icons Optimus Prime.

DAMN IT! the wheels on the Smilodon don't look like they can turn. And unless it was misstransformed, it doesn't look like the big wheels even touch the grounds in Tank mode (which, by the way, is kind of a lacklustre) Don't they know the big wheels are precisely there for the tank mode? they serve no other function.
Other than that it's a really great figure with incredible style. Seriously is there any other articulated figure (transformable ore even non-transformable) able to do this WITHOUT interchangeable hands? Truly impressive... |

It IS a really cool piece. It's just so unfortunate that it's way outside of my price range. Like, I totally get why, with everything the set has going on, but man...
