For all the things Bandai has done wrong, the one thing they've been doing well since Super Megaforce is their basic 5 inch figures. That's not to say they're perfect, but they've kept a consistent style over the last 5 years, whereas in the past the each season's figures would look different than the last. Also Dino Charge brought back villains in a big way. I'm going to be most sorry about losing Bandai's 5 inch line, as I doubt another company will continue making figures in that scale. Can you PLEASE at least give me that damn Rita before you call it quits Bandai? That would at least allow me to have some form of closure with my 5 inch collection.

I think releasing ZB Shogun would be a pretty nice call.
One big figure fans are clamoring for (Far moreso than Serpentera or Tor), that BoA has kept locked away. How will Hasbro immediately one up the former PR team? By giving them the megazord they wanted.

Holy crap, Bandai of America and Power Rangers had a divorce?
The morphers and role play toys were okay, but weren't fan of the 5 inch figures. |

What if it Bandai that was the reason for the Super Seasons? What if it was because they couldn't make as many toys as fans wanted in one year, so they had to make 2 years?

Ultimately I think this kind of shake-up will be good for consumers, though I'm definitely concerned about the future of the Legacy line (which I've invested into rather heavily).
That said, as long as the currently slated releases come out (and I'd have to assume they will, as opposed to Bandi throwing the entire stock into the sea out of spite) and make it to the UK then I personally will have pretty much everything I want out of it. Still keeping my fingers crossed for a Shogun Megazord, though. |

While I am not a fan of power rangers simply out of principle, I am pretty surprised at this. Perhaps we can stop getting the godawful americanized wastes of plastic they try to pass as megazords and instead just get the imported japanese versions?
That will probably happen at the same time they start faithfully adapting each season of super sentai to american audiences to the point of it being the same series, but with american actors. In other words, never. |

Well I guess that means a Mastodon, Pterodactyl and Triceratops Legacy Zord, blue, yellow and black flip head re-release and POSSIBLY a Shogun Megazord will be the final Bandai Legacy releases. Sucks we never got a complete set of Power Weapons, helmets, Tor or Serpentera. Maybe Hasbro will do better.

I'm not surprised after all the bad decisions Bandai made the past year. Honestly, who wanted the Ninja Steel Aux Zords to be exclusive to repainted Megazords or the Lion Fire Zord to be over sized and cost $100? Then there's the Legacy Gold Zeo Ranger...
