How would you fix the show after how it is?
ex. make Vrak once from the planet Eltar instead of some brother to the prince. The Gokaiger suits? Make them original rangers who the silver ranger used to side with. The red pirate ranger would be taking over Basco. Plus the suits making them look like this as an upgrade! Last edited by henshinzero; 09-08-2015 at 05:32 PM.. |

I would rewrite a whole lot out of Megaforce/Super Megaforce. But mainly I would change Super Megaforce.
First off, I would have the Megaforce Rangers try to hold off the invasion but fail, resulting in them losing their powers and being captured by the Armada. While imprisoned, they meet a space pirate who use to be a ranger (Gokai Blue) whose team was betrayed by their leader (Gokai Red, Basco). He helps them stage an escape and retrieve his team member's morphers and personal ranger keys. In the process, said space pirate is killed and bestows his team's keys and morphers to the Megaforce Rangers, allowing them to become rangers again (Gokaiger suits). When they return to Gosei, Gosei reconfigured all the keys on the command base's walls so that they can be used by the Megaforce Rangers in their new forms. I would also change that the sheer might of the Armada and being imprisoned by them affected some of the Megaforce Ranger's personalities, especially Jake's, who's now scared of the Armada (explaining the change in fighting style when using Gokaiger footage), tries to hide it form the others, and later on in the series, learns to overcome it. I would also change that it actually celebrates Power Rangers, so actually having tribute episodes instead of a couple of tribute episodes then random reasoning for tribute inspired zords appearing in non-tribute episodes. Saying that, I would remove the inclusion of the pre-Zyuranger and core five Dairanger appearances as well since it's suppose to celebrate power rangers and they're not a part of power rangers. I would most likely keep Orion how he is but just add a little backstory to how his morpher was made (space pirate guy made a sixth morpher but hid it on Orion's homeworld). I like your idea of Vrak being from Eltar so I'll add to that. Vrak and Gosei use to be best friends and were both apprentices to Zordon. However, Vrak wanted to use his powers to enslave the universe and have what he believe will be 'perfect order' (kinda similar to Green Lantern villain, Sinestro, but on a larger scale). IN response, Gosei battles Vrak resulting in Gosei losing his humanoid form and Vrak being sent into a portal (which leads to the future, similar to Brajira's origin). In the future, Vrak uses his powers to manipulate people's memories and employed himself within Warstar, under the guise that he is a royal representative (or vekar's brother), then I'd keep the rest of his story arc the same as Megaforce, but he reveals his true origins in the final fight with the Megaforce Rangers in Super Megaforce (Vrak steals their Gokaiger Ranger Keys and Morphers, and in a similar way shown in Gokaiger vs Goseiger, the Megaforce Rangers use the Ranger Keys of their former powers to access their Goseiger suits, while Orion sneaks into Vrak's lair to save Robo Knight. Robo Knight doesnt die then randomly reappear in the legendary battle). I would also introduce Basco (former Gokai Red equivalent) who discovers that his former teammate (space pirate guy) gave the Megaforce Rangers his team's keys and morphers, and arrives on Earth to kill them. His reasoning for betraying his teammates is similar to Basco's (without the Greatest Treasure in the Universe). Basco breaks into the command base and only manages to steal the 6th, Extra, and non-Ranger being keys. Vraks meets with him and gives with the Rapparatta (the trumpet weapon) to use the stolen Ranger Keys to summon physical manifestations to use against the Megaforce Rangers. The Megaforce Rangers eventually regain the Keys and before their final fight with the Armada, Troy defeats him. I would probably change character personalities and traits as well so that the rangers are more likeable and not bland. That's all I could think of at the moment. I'd rather make the series go like this....
Following the Mighty Morphin, there are five rangers. Troy could be from a family that moved from Angel Grove. Emma and Troy were old friends since kindergarten. Jake would flirt with Gia. Noah is half Billy but more Hyde. Orion.... I'd rather he'd be from the same race from Eltar as Zordon. He was a member of a ranger team (Gokaiger). However, they were ended up locked up by the past villains who teamed up with Zangyack whose purpose is to rule the universe and destroy the Power Ranger Legacy. With all five locked up except Orion, the pink ranger (Ahim) who was nice and kind to him offered him their morphers and ranger keys and asked him to take them with him. Sneaking away and fighting off the enemy, he rode the galleon ship and flew to another dimension. Navi is also in it. Think of this ship battle like a mix of the Gokaiger's fight and the beginning of the Beast Wars episode. As he made his way to Earth, he fended the Zangyack's ships with a cannonblast as the megazord ship crashed down to the ocean. Orion and Navi ended up in a coma. Until the Megaforce found the ship and the ranger and parrot. I like this concept of the rangers to be real! http://img02.deviantart.net/d215/i/2...er-d5mesfc.jpg As for the pirate rangers, they were able to escape. The leader would be based on Basco as he takes on GokaiRed. Think of this scenario as the A-Squad SPD. They turn on Orion... but the pink & green feel guilty for what they're doing to him. |

Still I just personally say that gokaiger should've been adapted into it's own series and not combined.

I would remove the scenes that had the rangers in suits that they never wore in its history like the Prism modes etc, and replace them with new footage of the Megaforce Rangers using the suits that are apart of Power Rangers history. Most particulary, MMPR. Have them morph into MMPR suits and beat monsters with it to show respect to the season that started it all. Unlike the actual show, where MMPR only had one scene where they got beat up and never used again.
Have Orion the ability to morph into the Titanium Ranger and remove his ability to morph into Robo Knight to place importance in his disappearance. The scene where the Megaforce Rangers saw the Rangers of the past looking down on them from the mountain; have the Bat, Elephant and Shark Ranger posing with the Jungle Fury Rangers. At the final battle, I would not have Robo Knight there as it made no sense since he supposedly died underwater. Film new scenes and a focus on Tommy the Green Ranger fighting to show his power and why he is the leader of the Ranger Armada. It was disappointing in the actual show where Tommy had zero fight scenes. |

I'll start with Goseiger and add to it later if possible.
- The start would be generally the same. Some Goseiger cards would be replaced, others would remain the same, and no "card posing" after Megazord combinations are completed. - Datas Hyper would be adapted as a giant Battlezord for Tensou. - Creepox would be defeated and return later like in Goseiger. - A recurring female bully for the Rangers named Alice would be manipulated by Vrak. - Malkor would temporarily leave the battle to answer to the Armada. They would show outright disdain over why he can't conquer Earth. - The villain groups follow a similar naming pattern: WarWorld Insectoids (WarStar worked for Goseiger only), Toxic Terror Mutants, MechaMonster Creations. - Vrak would try to betray the Beasts and Malkor only to be betrayed and defeated by the Rangers, surviving without his Toxic Power. - The underwater lab is actually the cornerstone of Gosei's Hardware to the Rangers. Vrak infiltrates it. - The Messenger appears earlier. He should be played in the middle as to where he stands in the invasion. His body comes directly from the lab and it's hinted that he was the same messenger who told Divatox that Zordon had been captured, making him a tangible link to the United Alliance of Evil. - Metal Alice is created to replace the recurring bully character of Alice who has done nothing but fail Vrak. - The Beasts and Malkor are defeated, but not necessarily dead yet. - The invasion begins. All past Ranger teams fight in the beginning, but not together. They fight the invasion around the globe. Lost Galaxy fights them on one side, Mystic Force fights on another, etc. - With extra power from Gosei, the Rangers pool their energies to try to defeat the Armada. Troy and co. lose their powers in their process. |

Lost Galaxy fights them on one side, Mystic Force fights on another, etc. - With extra power from Gosei, the Rangers pool their energies to try to defeat the Armada. Troy and co. lose their powers in their process. - The Ranger Powers originate from a dimension of Guardians (This allows a theme similar, but not quite the same as Goseiger). - The "Skick, Landick, and Seaick" tribes would be "Skyforce, Landforce, and Seaforce" to make the very name "Megaforce" seem less random, nod the elements, and kinda "wink" for lack of anything better to Goseiger. - As such, some of the cards are different. "Gosei Red" card is replaced with "Skyforce Red" instead. Other cards receive explanation, like the Skick card "CompreThunder" is referred to by its full name and then the card name: "Compressed Thunder! CompreThunder Power!" - A common flaw of Megaforce was showing a Megazord combination with the original Goseiger name on-screen as a giant card (per the footage used). If they don't want to take the time to edit these elements, then cut before the "card-overlay" appears on screen. - New footage for Bigs when he is finally defeated, so as to allow him to live longer. - Malkor also survives so that he may interact longer. - Vrak's "Yuumajuu" form doesn't appear early and is meant to infiltrate Bigs and Bluefir. - Backstory for the Insectoids is that they tried to conquer a now-dead world. The Toxic creatures are born from this destruction and were dumped on Earth, surviving because of the pollution. - The episode with Dizchord feels very "PR-ish", but superfluous. Unless paired with the "Gosei Mic" occasionally used in Goseiger endings, then it feels like it can be skipped. Same for Dream Snatcher and Rico. - The Gosei Jet Megazord doesn't appear unless the Goseiger Movie is adapted. The Goseiger episode which used "Wonder Gosei Great" was adapted, but instead should be made into an amalgamation with Vital Matroid, the Scan Matroid, and Metal Alice vs. Trains. This allows for "Ultimate Gosei Great" from Goseiger to be used (note how the Zord-Builder versions keep this combination alive). - The Timer Matroid is not used here, but saved for later with the Gokaiger adaptation (you should see where I am going with this). - The Command Center is attacked and Gosei rusts like the Morphers. Malkor and Bigs join in the battle during the invasion. Mighty Morphin' and Samurai appear to assist, while the other teams fight all over the globe. - The female bully character mentioned in the previous post, Alice, is recurring throughout. She intentionally replaces the two bullies from "Who's Crying Now" and actually serves to help Vrak via manipulation/mind-control. However, she is redeemable, and Vrak loses control and a duplicate robot-version is forged: Metal Alice. - The Alice character is also used in an adaptation of the Goseiger episode where Hyde tries to avenge the death of Magis/GoseiGreen. Instead, Alice dons a green-colored GoseiBlue/Megaforce Blue suit (with a skirt). She is not an official Sixth Ranger and does not achieve a helmet (as Goseiger helmets were designed after the animal their Headders were modeled after). She is essentially the Megaforce equivalent to S.P.D. "Kat Ranger" and lasts only for one episode. - In Megaforce and Goseiger, the Messenger and Metal Alice die. Instead, the Messenger is defeated and the head survives to fight again (He would have lived in Goseiger had he not been betrayed). Metal Alice also lives to fight again. - Ranger Powers from allover are used conjunction with Gosei to stop the initial wave of ships and troops. Robo Knight also donates his power as well. Enough for now. Gokaiger adaptation to follow. |
