That's weird, I never had any problem with Nippon-Yasan but I wouldn't recommend them since they are pretty expensive, I prefer going to big in Japan or wait for some people on ebay to get the stuff I want.
I actually have a french reseller on ebay who sold me some exclusive I wanted for lesser than what it would have cost me by going through Nippon Yasan or My Kombini. ( As an example, I got and Qui Gon Jinn SHF for 100€ total instead of 120€ minus taxes and shipping costs.... |

@ZeoRangerV
This is interesting as also being in the UK I was wondering what the best options for importing were and had mostly just been eyeing up AmiAmi and Mandarake. Never came across those two sites you posted so will check them out. Thanks! |

I've used NY many different times, and this latest time I did have a slight issue. I purchased the SIC Kachidoki Gaim figure. After paying, I was told I'd be given a shipping notice when the item shipped.
2 weeks later it randomly appeared. Never got notified that they were planning to ship. Luckily I was home. But communication of "HEY THIS IS SHIPPING" would have been nice.

Maybe I’ll have to give Toku Taku another shot and see if it was just bad luck before.

NY has been my first choice for Japanese toys and web exclusives that I know are not Chinese bootlegs. My only issue are the stupidly high shipping costs offered to my country and some inconsistent price tags for figures of the same line. But besides that no issues with costumer service and all my orders received safe and sound.
