I doubt it. Power Rangers is doing well again, but I don't anticipate another big tokusatsu adaptation boom. Besides, the concept of "VR" is incredibly dated nowadays. Might as well have a show called "Acid Wash Jeans and Snap Bracelets Troopers."

Frankly this is a pipe dream at best. Much like Kamen Rider ever being brought over again in any real way.
Toei isn't looking to create a new franchise of Metal Heroes shows. Super Hero Time hit it's stride when it became a 2-show block of rider & sentai running in tandem. There's nowhere for them to reintroduce a new show right now as is. They're more likely to continue making 1 off films as they have for the last few years, even if they haven't been major successes. And like Switchblade says, the whole "VR" concept is straight out of the 90's. In no way shape or form would that resonate with the audience of today. VR Troopers has it's following, but it just isn't the worldwide brand that Power Rangers is, frankly it never will be either. So even if there were new footage to base a show on, there's not much chance of it ever happening again.
