I would buy an Otoya, he's my favorite character so far and I could use the headsculpts for Grease and Grease Blizzard as well!
His actor is on stage at Tamashii Nations so... maybe? @Topic: I'd definitely get IXA, love that suit. And honestly, if Kiva himself is good and if they make them, I’d be tempted to get his basic forms as well. Emperor and Dark Kiva too!

Since we now know that it is indeed Kiva, I thought a fitting end for this thread would be to post the cover that was teased last week

Pretty much all the ones they reissued now need Seihou's IMO. Sculpting work and proportions have advanced too much in the last few years.
Den-O is a good figure, but he will look a bit out of place next to newer figures and especially Shinkoucchou Seihou's. Plus, the reissue is overpriced as hell and doesn't even include all of the original accessories, it's a cheap money grab. Ryuki, Faiz, Blade, Den-O, OOO & Fourze all need to be redone eventually. Out of the ones mentioned Blade and Fourze hold up the best (could still use a rework though), the rest is either faulty as a release or the figure is so outclassed by modern releases that they don’t work with them anymore. If you have these releases in your collection already then they are perfectly fine stand-ins, and as toys they won’t lose out to modern figures just because they don’t look as pretty, they still are lots of fun to pose around. But reissuing these old figures with a rather hefty price tag, without all of their accessories – you’re better of waiting for them to be redone properly. Unless you like the character that much and have the money to spare I would skip them.

Personally I still love them, and they are still phenomenal figures, but they are no longer the benchmark that they used to be. And there's nothing wrong with that.
