-Title song is Danger Zone by Kenny Loggins. I think this one's pretty obvious. -Added Jackal's name to the narration. He's named later, but in a way that assumes you know his name already. This helps clear that up. -Hey look, Nega-Scarlett's Night Creeper friend is back and...and...what are you doing with that sword?...Yeah, It's implied that Night Creeper kills Nega-Scarlett for not wanting to fight. However, I intentionally cut away from this scene quickly because I wanted to leave it open ended. I wrote 2 longer scenes here. One where she dies and one where they run away together. I'm unlikely to follow up on this scene, so pick whichever one you like more. -Since I already had a Scarlett vs. Yuna earlier in the season, the battle is skipped in favor of the stuff elsewhere. -Kai Blasts: Aqua Dream and Pleasure Shot. I honestly don't know where these came from beyond thinking way too much about what kind of Kai Blast a femme fatale and a Water user like Baroness would use. I'm not sure, but I think I may have based it on the power Guldo from the Ginyu Force had. If so, Baroness is a the sexy Guldo. Enjoy that image when you try the sleep tonight. -Kai Blast: Super Spin. Agent X was a Sonic fan so he got a useless Sonic spin attack. -Clamcake offering to help Scarlett is a bit ackward. There's a TV in the cell, that's how they are suppose to be talking to each other. -Changed one of GP's lines here. Original was "Yes. They will not survive the night without it." That was TOO mysterious. Thankfully there's a pay off to this before the end of this comic. -I hope you can hear the sarcasm in Hanz's line. -The wheelchair figurine from Blade's backstory is back. When did she get that? Well, I plan to explain that in a flash back later. In fact, I just finished the pages of that scene. -So this is technically Judgement's issue. Yeah, he's not dead, just dying. He's mute so I used him as mainly a named extra until now. Here, the scenes he's in is told from his point of view so you can get to know the character a little better...before I kill him off at the end of the issue. Trust be told, Judgement was a test run for this kind of darker tone. I honestly like the end result. I just wish I had done a little more with him before this, . -Kai Blast: Kamikaze. Exactly what you think it is. Judgement kills himself by going boom. Also added the Ka-Blam sound. Not sure why it wasn't there to begin with. -As of this writing the battlefield is never revisited. Judgement is dead, Baroness is most likely dead, Agent X and Curse are maybe dead. Like Nega-Scarlett, unless they show up again, choose whichever one you like...except Judgement. He is dead. -Changed Blade's line about making a joke. I frankly just didn't like the line. The original was "Geezs, you make one lesbian joke over a half dead woman and they take it the wrong way." It's basically the same except he mentions it was a lesbian joke because Scarlett and Yuna shtick was cat fighting. I feel just wasn't needed because any joke would probably get Blade kicked out. -Scar is Jack from Blade's backstory, how's that for a reveal? NEXT TIME: In the first page formatted issue of TAOWAR, Star the Wanderer and Darth Nova meet for the first time while Yoda and Darth Malak duel in Time Storm Part III: The Final Countdown. |

-Cover: I have covers now. Honestly, I find them really fun to make and wish more ATTFs were long enough to get one. Here we have Star and Nova clashing swords while their girlfriends fight in the background. For the first cover, I think it turned out quite well. -Page 1: Page 1 is a recap in every issue. -Page 2: This page had to happen and it's honestly one of my favorites. Not because Blade is in it, but because I set it up well and the tried something I wasn't sure I could do with toys. -Page 3: Going forward TAOWAR has proper title panels. I think this one or the next one I forgot and added it later. -You might've noticed Star changed into a black costume at the beginning of the arc. That's I was planning these battles from early on and Nova looks so similar without his robe. -Page 4: Don't worry, there's still some comedy. Serpentor's fun in this kind of role. -Page 5-6: In this battle Yoda is photoshopped in a lot and the lighting is so off. I've gotten better with that. -Page 7-8: Kai Blast: Lock Force. Remember that spirit reinforcing thing Yoda mentioned to Thief? Well, Lock Force uses those 7 Jedi spirits to seal away a Sith spirit in the Force. -Much like some of my other favorite attacks this is a combo. And yes, that is Wicket as a Jedi. Just roll with it. -Page 9: The "dark god" and the "Sages" are named. Remember that line Scar had that got cut off? He was going to say Sage. Yoda is one, GP is one. As for the dark god...keep reading. -And with this Yoda and Malak are "dead." They are spirits, so they may come back one day, but for the rest of this story they are gone. -Page 10: There's a huge error I'm not going to the effort to fix here. The Red Stone is gone and Empp is standing where it's suppose to be. It's fixed in the next issue. If you want, pretend Ceus took it down hoping it would turn off and it didn't. -Added the line "Our plan is going to fail." to flow better into what Thief says next. -Changed Thief's line about jumping the gun. The original was "I'm not jumping the gun when we don't have all the facts." This didn't make any since when she was suppose to be telling Empp to not jump the gun. -Also started changing "My Lady" to "milady" here. -Page 11-15: Title Song and Kai Blast: The Final Countdown. This one I know why I picked. Star had a call waiting song on his phone and it was The Final Countdown by Europe. It would get stuck in my head everytime I called him. It seemed like a good gimmick for a Kai Blast as well, so I used it here. -Star's Perfect Fatal Blast gets a new effect added to it to show it's gotten stronger. Scarlett's version doesn't have this. -The whole "mirror" thing was because of all the negatives Star and Scarlett are the only ones to use the exact same figures as both. -Page 16: Kai Blast Cutting Cloud Breeze. It wasn't explained originally and I wasn't sure what was going on when I reread it recently. Thankfully I had notes on it still. I added the narration to help with that. -Page 18: Star's line was original just repeating the KB's name. Here I changed it to explaining that there's a second slash. That's why the text is so big. -Page 19: Like with the scene of Scar and Blade, I really like this with Yuna and Nova. I do kind of wish it was at the first of the issue or in the last one though. Think it would flow better. Either way glad it's there. -Yuna is also dead. Like Judgement, I plan to keep it that way. -Page 20: Told you things would come back around to Command Line before this was over. We go further into it next time. -Added some lines here. Mainly the ones about ADA having a name. At the time, I decided it was too much at once to name it, but screw that. This was the perfect time to name ADA. Why ADA? 2 things: One of my favorite video game characters who's an AI is named ADA. Two, Americans with Disabilities Act. The latter will make more since next time. NEXT TIME: The final issue of the old comics. Blade VS Tuskie and the true reason behind the paradox. Heads will roll in Time Storm Part IV: Number One. |

Little later then intended today. Got behind. Anyways, here's the de facto finale until more is done.
-Cover: I went crazy with Tuskie's Kai Blast for the cover. I do wish I had touched up the paint job in photoshop before doing all that copy and pasting. -Page 2: that cloak is there for nothing other then a dramatic reveal. Also upgraded Blade's revolver. -Page 3: Title Song: Number One by Hazel Fernandes aka Ichigo's Theme from Bleach. Getting nerdy with this one. This sound is rad and on my playlist at the time. -I really like these narration boxes with Scar's face. It was a way to get the exposition out of the way while not having Scar and Blade just stand around talking to each other. -I may have alluded to this in an earlier arc, but this is where I wanted Blade to go. I saw that Command Line could be overpowered if Blade could change freely and I wanted my hero character in a wheelchair, dang it. It also give Command Line a huge weakest while getting Blade into the chair without having something bad happen to him. -Also took this chance to update Blade into his current body. If this look familiar, this is the figure used for Blade in ATTF #1 complete with the wheelchair. -Page 4: And would you look at that, the summoning make even more since now. This wasn't fully intended either, but I'm glad it went this way. Side note, Blade can summon a couple of Ice based TFs now. -Summon: Break. If you're unfamiliar with Break, he's from Beast Wars Neo. The joke here is that Break's voice actor is also the voice of Naruto and she uses the exact same voice for both. Neo was before Naruto to. -Page 5: Kai Blast: Endless Shadow. Speaking of Naruto, Tuskie gets the shadow clone Kai Blast. He is a troop build after all. Plus, I had a few breaks over the years so I made sure to have extras of him. -Summon: Polar Claw. Originally he says nothing, but I added lines for him. Why? Because I'm going to be damned if that somewhat crappy Sins of the Wreckers comic gave Polar Claw more dialogue then me. -Page 6: The attack names were originally Blade just yelling out thier names, something he's never had to do before. This is much better. -Page 7: Added another Polar Claw line. His one note thing is being a hugger...and maybe Russian. -Pages 8-11 are setting up the skipped battles, so expect them to be most if not all of Issue 37. -Setting up the true goal of DE-MOS while getting in one more Dr. Mindbender gag. -I had forgotten the East Bake Oven line. It's a good line. -If you thought Scar only had the one mysterious thing about him you were wrong. He knows Roz's brother. -Page 12: Not to be left out, Tuskie is upgraded to anf goes by Tusk now. Also, 2 swords now. -Page 13: LET'S WALKING! I'm not saying I did all of this for a Go-Busters reference, but I might've done all of this for a Go-Busters reference. -Fortiavis can change form on it's own now. Think of this as a less energy draining form change. -I removed a line here. Originally ADA says "Change Zyu" when the axe appears. This was a thing I was planning on doing for all the sword form changes, but decided to down it. Since I still had the original pic I edited it out as it's the only time it does this. -Page 14: Both of them call each other by their correct names for the first thing. This is the point where Tusk's story arc is complete. He's now an ally fighting Serpentor with Blade. -Page 15: I really like this panel of Blade and Tusk attacking from above. -Page 16: Changed Serpentor's line. Original was "Looks like fun time is over, Destro. Go kill the prisoners." This order doesn't ever even begin to be a thing, so just wanted to get rid of it. -Page 17: Heads have rolled. -Page 18-19: And we have the cliffhanger or rather the big unresolved reveal. Serpentor is in fact THE Master from season 1 and a clone of a Time Lord (assumed to be the Master). -Also, Atra Deus is named. That's right, there's technically a bigger bad. NEXT TIME WHENEVER THAT IS: Archangel and Wolfangel fight their negatives while we learn more about Roz's brother. It may be a while, so in the meantime I'll probably post more of the extra stuff. I'm thinking maybe the profiles tomorrow, but I might be getting busy so I may just not post anything. |

Been a little bit since I've posted. Partly because my internet has been crappy lately, partly because I needed a break. Wanted to post a little something though, so here is all 11 profiles. 3 of them are summons and 3 are forum characters, the others are characters like W. and Leader-1. Note that I made no edits here, so I'm sure there's a typo or 12. Enjoy.

Remember how the title of the thread is And Then They Fight? Well, I still have 2 ATTFs before the comics merge in #37, so let's get on that with a completely random Lupinranger Vs. Patranger joke based on the end of episode 15. Enjoy.
As for TAOWAR's ending, my goal is to have issue 37 (the Archangel, Wolfangel, and Roz battles) out by November. Why so long? Because of life things. If that issue is not mostly done by that time, I will release the finale and finish the extra stuff whenever I can. Why? Well my goal for 2018 is to end the Paradox Saga. That gives me 5-ish months to complete it and I hope to have it done much sooner. Before that though, I still have 1 more ATTF to make and I still have a bunch of Filler Funnies and the like to fill the time with. I'm going to try to make a post every Thursday until I'm out of stuff to post. |

Wow, Thursday already. Well, let's see what's in store for today.
I keep forgetting to post this, so let's start with the huge visual edit form Time Storm Part I. Original panels on the left, new panels on the right. So 30th Anniversary Springer wasn't even a thing yet when I made the comic. The upgrade was Universe 2.0 Springer instead. I would've kept Universe Springer, but two things 1) I don't own that Universe Springer anymore and 2) when Springer appears again in any comics I make he's going to be the 30th Anniversary toy anyways. I will say he does at least appear in the finale. The last panel was a pain to edit the new toy into as I don't own about half of that panel's toys anymore. Lastly for this week, 5 Filler Funnies. This batch probably has to most forum character focus of any batch. I think 25 is pretty good even if you don't know the characters. Enjoy. |

Had a busy day and almost forgot to post. This week another 5 Filler Funnies, 26-30. 26 is an Animated joke, 27 is a guest comic by Star the Wanderer (and very heavy on the forum characters), 28 is based on a true story, I believe 29 was based on a time with Sorus was hosting the images of the comic, and 30 is currently super uncomfortable to read if you keep up with news right now (comics like this made me glad I dated them). Enjoy.
EDIT: Forgot to mention, I have an update on the end of TAOWAR. First, to make it easier to tell which I'm talking about, the titles of the final two parts of Time Storm are titled Reckless Fire and Time's Scar. Reckless Fire is the Archangel, Wolfangel, and Roz issue. I currently have it written, found the toy I was needing, and began photographing/editing it. It will be about 15 or so pages once finished. Time's Scar, the finale, is 95% complete. I just keep debating the final scene so that's all that's left unfinished. Also, I plan to move a page for it to Reckless Fire and might see if there's a little more I can move. Right now, it's at 40 pages. Yes, I said 40. |

How often we who watched Animated had wished Optimus Prime would give Sentinel the suckerpunch he deserved...
Today's round is Filler Funnies 31-35. 31 and 33 are more Animated jokes, 32 and 35 are ones I would tone down a little now, but leaving them as is (consider this your warning). 34 was guest written by Star the Wanderer and frankly one of my favorites. Enjoy. |

Yeah, this area of comics was when I was trying to be raunchy to less than desired effect. Here's another round of 5, 36-40. 2-3 fall into that raunchy comedy, though I think the Wii-PO one is still works. I also still like #40 as it's the first appearance of Salesman Megatron. Enjoy.
In general I think the quality of jokes goes up after this batch. Less forum characters and less attempts at raunchy comedy. There's a few I'm really looking forward to reposting soon to. |

Suddenly a surprise teaser. I finished the cover for the new Issue 37, Time Storm Part V: Reckless Fire, yesterday and wanted to go ahead and share it.
I have about 1/3rd of it finished and it'll be about 16-19 pages when done. The "AUG 2018" is the time I hope to release it, but it's not set in stone. As you can see here, both TAOWAR and ATTF appear on the cover. While finishing Time Storm, it will be double billed like this since it's Issue 37 and 38 of both comics. |
