A full team of Psychos is a dream of mine come true. This is a perfect release you have the whole team in ONE BOX. I want to see Inspace, Kyoryuger extra rangers get a full team release like this much better than waiting for years to complete which takes way to long. When is the release date and preorders open?

Also wanna say though -- good point about Kyoryuger's extra rangers. Especially with the Psychos being a sort of adjacent team to In Space, I could see them applying this strategy to 'extra' teams -- stuff like the extra Dino Charge rangers, or Jungle Fury's Spirit Rangers, or the Alien Rangers. This might be where we see this type of release in full force!

If nothing else, I can imagine we'll see a lot of customized Psycho Oranges and Purples and Whites and whatnot just to make use of the extra Psychos we have.

This is just leaked artwork so far, so no actual release details or dates yet.

I think, given what *seems* to be the reason for the Psycho 5-Pack, this sort of situation will only happen to Ranger teams and/or exclusives that sell really poorly. But yeah, Hasbro needs to be careful with multipacks going forward. Their mishandling of them is part of what contributed to their Overwatch line dying. |

I'll be totally fine double-dipping if Red and Blue either look slightly different or come with different accessories. Similar to Zeo Gold; Same figure, but the King Staff is in a mode different from the SDCC pack.

Zeo Gold I consider a different situation for a couple reasons, too:-
First off, the retail release is Trey, while SDCC is Jason. It's minor, sure, and comes down to headsculpts; but they are still representing two different versions of the character. Most importantly though, the 2-pack happened first. That combined with it being an SDCC exclusive basically made it an early access Zeo Gold, with the retail release being for people who don't wanna pay a bunch for an exclusive. It's basically limited distribution early, wider distribution later.

Oh man, I really hope the extras in DC don't get relegated to a 4-Pack. Gray is the only DC Ranger I want, so I'd rather not pay $80 for him if given the option.

For what it's worth, this line at least seems to be doing better than Overwatch. I don't even think that line made it to a year before slowing down. Also in my area, I don't see old waves hanging around for too long.
