You don't even need the dx versions.

Edit: I derped... Hyper Ressha is the head of the Tei-Oh form, and just sits on top of ToQ Rainbows head. Last edited by Shadowchaos5150; 07-11-2014 at 02:48 PM.. |

This might sound redundant, but Teioh in its terminal form could make a good platform for cho cho toq dai oh, something like king pyramider carrier mode.

I love this this thing. I was hoping the final mech would be a Dekabase-esque train station and my wish came true. I don't mind the leftover parts because it makes for a cleaner final formation, and really there is only so much they could have done with these trains.
I'm still under the impression that in Bandai's hopes to appeal to Japanese train fans as much as sentai fans, they designed these mecha so that they maintain the "integrity" of the train. Sure the Ressha make giant robots but they don't break up into complex transformations to do so. They still look like trains no matter what form they are in. I think that is why these trains look more like real trains, as opposed to other sentai train mechs. This final formation looks worlds better than the last few due to its willingness to leave some of the kids at home. Kyoryuger didn't have all it's parts either but that mech system was flawed from the start IMO. I'm a fan and I can't wait for the minipla version. |

The attachment system definitely seems to use the wheels/track, so the candy/capsule versions should suffice. Hope so. Don't want to buy the role-play items, but still want the whole combined form.
While I'm disappointed it's not a whole cluster-fuck mess, I do love carrier mechs so I'm still excited for this. Love the base robot, giant ressha and carrier modes, so still want it. Worst comes to worst, I'll just display Cho-Cho ToqDaiOh and this ressha next to each other. Did we ever figure out what the head split on Cho Toq-Oh is used in? I don't think it's used in a combo so far, so was it something ditched or is there a combo as yet to be seen? |

I kinda like this. On one hand, I wanted a bigass clusterf*ck mecha, on the other, its a cool looking master train that could give King Liner a run for its money.
