I'll start off with a bit of my background with the series: I've seen all of Zyuranger, half of Megaranger, and varying amounts of episodes (In order of most-> least, but all less than 10) of Kakuranger, Battle Fever J, Dairanger, Goranger, Carranger, JAKQ, and Timeranger.
Anyways, I do enjoy sentai, but sometimes the amount of filler episodes gets old. I don't mind it being slightly repetitive, with the team fighting off various monsters of the week repeatedly. However, some episodes are nothing more than a monster showing up, terrorizing some people, and then getting its butt kicked. Of course, that's part of what Sentai is all about, and I like it to a degree. So, to get to my question. Which seasons of Sentai have the least amount of "filler" episodes that don't really affect the overall plot/the most amount of plot episodes?

I think Gekiranger had a great, continuing story line. The filler is at a minimum

Dai, Kyoryu, and Geki are the only ones I can think of that had the least amount of filler.

Kyoryuger seemed to have a pretty good pace going as far as the actual story is concerned.

I'd say Geki. There isn't much filler outside of the towel episode.

I haven't seen more than 6 not counting ToQger and I can't say that any Sentai form those has a little filler. I feel most of them have a good amount of filler but that's from what I've seen.

Out of the shows I've seen, it's a neat tie between Go-Busters and Goseiger but out of the two Goseiger is probably the more focused and streamlined. It's also my favourite sentai so go figure.

If introductions to new mecha and combinations aren't considered as filler, then Boukenger had very little filler. Magiranger was also really good at diversifying the story so that the episodes that could be considered as filler don't seem like it at all.
