I expected so much from Hasbro when it came to megazords, given their success with transforming and combining toys in the past so I am really let down with what they've put out on that front and the new MMPR and Zeo megazords are huge misses in my opinion. What wasted opportunities, they're really not doing much better than Bandai on the mecha front.

edit: Didn't realize the size of the Zeo Megazord, so maybe a bit more than $20...but it still is way overpriced, especially considering how it doesn't combine.

Now they got the correct cast but they're wrong about the rumor article from two months ago because Toei has doing good with Hasbro the majority of fandom don't believe that it doesn't make any sense we all known Power Rangers and Super Sentai are the same DNA.

So apart from all the cursed exclusives (which I'll likely never see) and the abundance of two-pack variants of single release figures, the Lightning Collection is pretty solid. Hasbro quickly expanded in to role play items, and now we're even getting a monsters sub-line. S'all awesome!
But how have we got to the point where they're doing craptastic retro figures (that somehow look worse than the originals from 25 years ago) before they reveal proper Lightning Collection Zords??? We're at the point where they've got to be doing it on purpose. |

Retro figures are a far safer bet at this time for Hasbro. Look at how many Megazords sat around and went on clearance. Hasbro is in this for the long game and aren't about to go over board with what they put out there. They brought someone over from the Transformers team and he will certainly be working on Megazords. It's been a year and a half.... does this fandom have no patience? |

My only gripe about the fliphead figures is that their is no articulation to the ankles for better posability. Other than that, I applaud Hasbro for coming up with these. These aren't meant to compete with figuarts or the lightning collection, these are more of the retro toy novelty variety such as Super7 figures or the Mego toys to an extent and I really like what they did with these. That said, where Trini and Tommy at. And I assume Rocky, Adam, and Aisha are exclusives?
