Something I found delightful is that the Disc Animals aren't all straight-up repackages; they actually did new molds where appropriate. That's such a terrific little detail!
I really like this gallery, and your use of the blank base Figuarts for transformation shots makes me really want to buy some of those. (Also, second paragraph under "Main Figure," there's an "Ibuki" that should be "Todoroki.) |

I bought him and shot a gallery of him years ago, but couldn't think of anything to really do with him til I start using him for henshin poses. Now it just seems perfect and fitting that these things can be used for that.

Still beyond pissed that him (and Zanki) and Ibuki were exclusives. I really really wanted them to go with my Hibiki, but that ain't ever happening.

I've never seen Hibiki, but the designs looks like they had a lot of care put into them. Then, some toy designers put great care into translating that into figure form. And *then*, someone put a lot of care into doing a great gallery.
Quick question for people who do know - where there any other guitar Oni in Hibiki, or is it just these two?

After finishing Hibiki it's downright criminal for me to not comment on this gallery. I'm so, so glad these characters finally have proper representation in figure form... even if they're now overpriced on the aftermarket and it's impossible for me to get them.
Nevertheless I can look from afar, and this gallery gives me more or less everything I'd need. Special shoutout to his Retsurai; I love that it functions exactly as the DX toy does!

They're all such gorgeous designs and that guitar is wicked cool. It also can't be said enough that your choice to start using the body-kun figure for henshin shots was brilliant. It really makes for a fun moment while moving through the gallery.
