The kid? What about his dad? I mean, if I had a wife who had just died, and some jerk was dressing up as her, I would castrate the guy and... actually, I'll leave it at that before I get too violent.

Episode 44 and 45 are awesome.
Stuff like those were why I love Gekiranger. Oh man, I seriously want to watch 46-49. Argh. So much awesome! Rio is cool with a creepy grin, too.

So much good stuff in this trio of episodes. The christmas episode was kinda eh, but it shows Ken has a lot of heart. And Pyon eventually giving in and becoming Rudolph was amusing. Then onto two of the best episodes of the whole series. Jan confronting Suguu and breaking through to his father's soul, ending with the tearjerking moment when he has to kill him. Gou learning the Tenchi Tenpen Da in hopes to defeat Rio on behalf of their friendship. The fated battle between Jan and Rio hitting it's boiling point and exploding into one of the greatest fights in the entire series, no, entire franchise I dare say. And Long's ambition is finally coming to the surface, but I'l save more for the bombshell that is episode 46.
Two side notes, I really liked Suguu's fighting style. Truly a Chimera Fist if he can use practically any technique. Also we meet Braco's brother Kou. While he has ambition like his old brother and put up a pretty good fight, it was kinda sad he went down rather easily. Though as Gou shows when he defeats Gouya(or whatever the pig sound dude was called) in one hit, the Gekirangers have grown more since the intitial appearance of the Genjyuken users even if they haven't done a lot of training. "COME ON, KISS ME!" Last edited by MidoGreen; 06-07-2013 at 07:50 AM.. |

Epicly Awesome yes, but I felt bad for the Go-Onger Cast, they played second string to the Gekirangers in that film. The movie really was just tying up Gekirangers loose ends.

Yeah, you're right. Go-On vs. Geki in reality was just the epilogue for Gekiranger and the Go-Ongers just got caught up in it.
