Kyoryuger? It's one of my favorite shows, and clearly beloved by a lot of people. I suspect the English-speaking fandom is small enough that it's hard to accurately generalize.

Staff news! Ninninger's head writer is doing the scripts. Gaim and Ninninger's producer, Naomi Takebe, is producing the show along with Shinichiro Shirakura. (produced most of the early Heisei shows as well as Amazons, has a pretty high position at Toei now) |

So we have a Japanese crew working with a Korean cast for a Korean production. This'll be interesting.

And my interest in this has been halved. Granted, 12 episodes is way different from 49, but with how much of a chore it was to get through Ninninger as a whole with all the constant filler and squandered development, it's like my hype levels were chopped with an axe...
