Nice to see the premium Bandai trend is continuing.

Something tells me this is going to be the way Proto-Drive stuff is being released.

Pretty smart way to try and force people into a toyline they weren't otherwise gonna collect, by making it the only way to get a [lockseed/viral core]
Admittedly it's nothing new, we've had gaia memory/o-medal packs, and medal/astroswitch packs, and switch/ring packs I believe- though oddly no ring/lockseed that I can recall- but I don't think it's been done to quite this extent before, with what is essentially a full DX weapon toy being part of it. A bold move.
