Maybe its just the angle of the pose they chose, but the yellow crane arm looks so tiny!
Anyhow, what a sparkly robot... I feel like I can only admire it while wearing jewels of my own so as not to feel inadequate. |

As DX toys go, that's definitely far from the worst I've seen. It's a pretty decent representation, and I really like the sparkling!

Combined with the oversized green shoulder, wide right arm AND huge blue sword(?), it makes the whole robot visually off balance. Arrangement-wise, it looks... unusual to me. It looks like they give too much space for the red vehicle that the blue plane has nowhere to fill. NOT a fan of placing an entire main vehicle from the main team as a weapon. Really weird design. I think it's better if they can keep the whole silhouette balanced, with each limbs having similar sizes, to give the robot a simple & elegant look, like many of 80s or 90s sentai mecha. Elegant look also works best with the jewel motif, like Kamen Rider Wizard. Perhaps they can combine the sparkly look with jewelry shapes, such as ring, bracelet, necklace, tiara/crown, earring(!), etc. |

There is a promotional version that comes with a red recolor of the green vehicle like what was shown in the first scans from the show.

This is certainly a unique formation. Blue being a weapon reminded me of Mega Voyager's V3 Missile. Does this mean there will be auxillary zords that are going to be strictly weapons for the megazord?

The proportions really hurt the DX toy. Hopefully the minipla helps with that. Kiramaizin is still a beautiful design, but it doesn’t translate into toy form as well as KishiryuOh did. Even though they both have that slimmer build I guess KishiryuOh being more organic handles curves better than blockier vehicles.
On the positive side I’m glad the 5 piece combo is the default. Still hate blue is only the sword, but all 5 look amazing together. Plus it’s pretty cool that blue and pink can make their own robot along side red, green, and yellow. Can’t wait for those pics. The translucent parts and foil stickers really make Kiramaizin stand out, and I’m really excited by the possibility of some real transformation. Not bad so far. |

This toy would be spectacular if just had the proportions closer to the in-show suit. It seems like someone insisted on making all the non-Red vehicles the same size, when it would've been much better if they'd made Yellow bigger and shrunk the other three. And maybe also shrunk the truck/legs part of Red while keeping the ladder/torso+arm part the same size. Honestly, if it had those proportions, Blue's wings folded flush instead of sticking out like that, and the head was bigger, this would've been pretty close to perfect.

So this is a little wierd, on the one hand the mecha is a bit wierd porpotion wise being a bit bottom heavy with a case of Trex arms, but it also looks to have a unique transformation that intagrate all of the part without too much parts forming.
Wondering if it has lights and sound just based on the the screenshots of the show and the overall design. Overall I like it and will probably by it |
