I'm kinda hoping they'll do rereleases of all the Rangers since I only got Pink and Yellow from the original release.

Totally not for everyone and of course I wish Sentai Figuarts would properly revive (I loved Kyuranger and totally would buy some of those) and totally get how tiresome MMPR merch is getting, but... This is still cool to me.
As someone who's really been liking the idea behind the untransformed human figures, but there's yet to be one to really interest me, this is filling that perfectly. I wouldn't really want to buy just a Jason either, but a Jason head on the Red Ranger? Yes please. Plus that works great for Power Rangers when that's a thing that actually happened. Also only ever got Green and some are going for astronomical prices, so rereleases will just be good for anyone who came late to the party. I'm sure they'll get to the whole team. Given recent trends in rereleases though, I wonder what accessories they'll cut to make way for these heads...

If this was a sign of perhaps the return of even just Power Rangers S.H. Figuarts somehow, I'd be excited.
Like if they weren't going to make any more Super Sentai in Japan, but Power Rangers teams would be coming out for the West. I mean isn't the only reason the Dragon Ball Figuarts are still going is because a lot of Westerners buy them? Also, on the unmasked heads... If they had done them before I already owned the original SHF Power Rangers releases as well as the Zyuranger ones. (Yes, I bought both the Japanese and American releases) It's like BoA re-releasing the Legacy MMPR with their weapons AFTER people bought the figures without them basically. Now if they offered the heads separate as well as with the figures as options... Just give a box with all six Ranger heads...maybe have the second season replacements as a SDCC thing or something.

Honestly, if the price is good, I may get a couple Jason's just to get all the blade blasters for the other four rangers who only have it in stick mode.

I'm curious if we'll just be getting the original suits, or if they'll add in White Ranger as well, even if it's just an exclusive.

Now if they had done maybe Zeo, In Space, or Time Force for the U.S. Figuarts line, maybe they'd have sold better. Not saying I know or anything, but I do know what was popular in Japan (and released for Figuarts), was never as popular in the U.S. Nobody remembers fondly Operation Overdrive or Samurai, but those were the series that got Figuarts in Japan due to timing as well as the Akibarnger show utilizing those specific teams. Heck, if not for Akibaranger, we probably wouldn't have seen Super Sentai Figuarts to begin with I think.

The civilian heads look good on their own, but look weird on the figure since Jason David Frank and Austin St. John, even back then, were a lot beefier than their Sentai counterparts.
