I've been collecting the Figma riders, I now have all the distinct riders released represented on the shelf. I also received the green gunpla led sets that Ryan hooked us up with. Last edited by blastmonkey; 10-22-2013 at 10:27 PM.. Reason: IMHO Figma Torque is inferior to SHF Zolda. |

Woo for me.
Those Figmas look okay, but having had Thrust, after having several of the SHFs, I found it vastly inferior to the Figuarts. And then I was hooked up with Gai for a reasonable-ish price, so I couldn't unload that Figma fast enough. Anyway. I finally found something to use the store credit I had at the local comic shop. they had this: The Helm of Sauron by Sideshow/Weta And I loves it. It weighs at least 5 pounds, if not 10 and is very pointy, it could EASILY be used as a murder weapon, to cause both puncture wounds and blunt trauma. It cost a lot. More than I would have paid for it had I not had $38 in credit, and even after that it was still more than I really wanted to spend on it, but it was about inline with, maybe a little cheaper than, eBay prices and I didn't have to wait for it to ship, and I didn't want to keep going back there, trying to find something that wasn't massively overpriced, even with the store credit, so it was a good purchase. Can't wait to add it to my LOTR display tonight. |

Some stores in town have been getting old pr samurai stuff and i snagged the Samurai Gigazord Megazord at one of the stores for 9.94 and then across town they had the bull megazord for 21.99 so i bought it anyway(I already have a bull megazord myself but hey can't say no right?). Then i got the ninja despicable minion and Fall of Cybertron Blastoff at a walmart in town. Man i'm having a good couple of days for toy finding.
