I played this amazing game, called Freedom Planet. It's known as a Sonic (Genesis era) clone, and started off as a fangame, but has since evolved into so much more. With an entirely original story and universe, and some interesting characters, Freedom Planet simultaneously homages the Sonic games while adding some really good touches of its own. For example, you don't get hurt by touching enemies, only when they actually attack you. However this goes both ways, you can't just jump onto an enemy, you have to hit it. The levels are very cleverly designed, with different playstyles for the three playable characters. The difficulty level can get quite high, however it is never so frustratingly difficult that you'd toss your controller in anger! You'll find it really fun (at least I did) even after dying repeatedly. The graphics are snazzy, the platforming is top-notch, and the boss levels really get your adrenaline going! This is some of the best effort I've seen in the platforming genre recently, all the more impressive that it was made by a small indie studio. Definitely recommend giving this game a try, especially if you're nostalgic for old-school platformers.

I ended buying Azure Striker Gunvolt and I am really happy with it, I'm kind of Mediocre at it I'm getting C's but I'm trying to get better. Also I finally beat Project X Zone, Liberation Maiden, and I beat Mighty Gunvolt as Beck so I can't wait for Mighty No. 9. Also it gives me an advantage with knowing the bosses already from Mighty Gunvolt in Azure Striker Gunvolt.

It's better value. And oh, that's awesome! We don't have Azure Striker Gunvolt here, but when it does come I hope to pick it up.

Awesome it's for the 3DS and if you like Mega Man games it's like that.

Playstation is going to shut down PSHome next year. There goes the money I spent on that over the years, I guess.
On the brightside PSN is having a Borderlands sale, so I picked up 2 for five bucks. |
