Man, Sento must've really done a number on Gentoku's perfect harmony the last time they fought.
Great episode as usual. Sento's hardly the focus here but he just kills it every second he's on screen. I love how much it clearly hurts him to know he can't just go help Grease. All this war drama has made for some extremely interesting plots and I enjoy when you get that little bit of emotional complexity from your glorified toy commercials.

Yeah, we have more realistically difficult choices, as the riders want to help Grease and company, but can't. At least not as much as they want to. At least it looks like they are finally on the same side now that they have a common enemy. I have enjoyed the novelty of having both side being good guys, but now we are back to actual villains it seems.
Also, it's interesting that this means that the Hesei Generations Final movie is apparently canon with the show. Now I'm more curious to see it. |

Build still continuing its streak of being well ....... really good. Like I think its easier to point out what it doesn't do well rather than what it does to well. Admitedly, I'm not sure how much longer the show can justify the new characters being stronger than the old chracters by virtue of just better technology. Given what we know of the shows timeline, Kamen Rider Rogue and the Washio Bros would've only had their powers for about a week or two at most and yet we somehow have to buy that they are already more powerful than the other riders who are more experienced at this point.
That little nitpick aside, the debut of Rogue and the Washio Bros was still cool. Rogue especially showing how powerful he is while barely moving. It helps that Rogue suit looks so good, with the exception of that fragile sticker on the back. It's cute but I think it's one of those things where they took the theme a little too far. I think we all saw Kiba's death coming in this episode but it was still handled pretty well. I'd say it was arguably better than Aoba death since Kiba turned back into his human form. It lines up well with Kazumi calling him by his actual name, showing how he views them not as soldiers/weapons, but as his fellow comrades/people he's been close to.
