Sounds like "pick a theme, any theme" to me. Nearly every Rider has a sword, so what will differentiate this series is the sub-theme. I think we can assume that the roleplay sword will be a bigger deal than it was in, say, Drive or Build.

Saber? It’s interesting Toei wanting next Kamen Rider to be about swords stuff...... oh no!

Don’t tell this is going to be another fantasy-based Kamen Rider show cause Fantasy and Kamen Riders are definitely NOT BEST MATCH!

All Fantasy-heavily shows like Hibiki, Kiva, Wizard and Ghost didn’t work out.

Please Toei, don’t screw it up!

My brother said that the kanji they used for "Saber" can also be read as "holy sword", so the likelihood of it having an Excalibur-type/European knight lore is preeeeeeeetty high. I hope they do make reference to Kamen Rider Blade. : P
