I always wondered why they bothered to keep the Goseiger suits once they went to Super Megaforce. They could have done something in the first episode of SMF where the megaforce morphers (tensounders) turned into the new morphers (mobirates) and say they upgraded the powers. That way they could change right into the Gokaiger suits and not waste time with the Goseigers.
Do you think they will ever address the RoboKnight thing? Troy was brooding about where he was at the end of the first ep of SMF, but then they kind of dropped it.. |

Already confirmed. Episodes 16 and 17 will have Vrak returning after his brother's demise, and he'll apparently have gained control of Robo Knight.

- Where are the old zords
- Why hold on to these powers so long before revealing them - Why is Jake's key green but his other powers black - Where is Robo Knight - Where did the 6th Ranger keys come from (they are shown teleporting to the Q-Rex Megazord but they were never shown appearing in the command center at all) - The entire "new powers" bit (they were given Dairangers but not any of the others that appeared) - With so many "powers" destroyed or "gone for good" (MMPR, Turbo, Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, Mystic Force) how are they contained in key form now? - How does Tommy still have Saba when the White Ranger powers were destroyed back in Season 3 of MMPR? There's some to start. 1) Normally when a new Megazord is created, it's to battle stronger monsters and there's no need to call upon the old zords because they'd get obliterated anyway. We sort of saw this in Season 2, while the Dinozords might have existed, there was no reason to use them because Lord Zedd's monsters would have destroyed them easily without the power of Thunder. Not a great explanation but they may have been told that the Gosei Great Megazord was just too weak to fight the armada. They can't call upon Gosei Ground because Roboknight is gone. Gosei Ultimate is the base and probably don't want to risk it being destroyed. 2) My working theory is the Legendary Morphers were originally intended for another team, but fell into the hands of Gosei. However with them being so powerful, they need a stronger base than a normal human body to sustain them. Gosei could only fully reveal them once they had truly mastered the Megaforce powers to be able to support that base. They may need an alien physiology, which is why Orion didn't need a base form of a Power Ranger. 3) With the key being Green my theory is that since it's not a typical power, and with the previous mention above that the powers weren't originally meant for the current rangers, the colors were derived from how it taps into the morphing grid. The past rangers powers help to determine the key, and since there are more Green than Black rangers, the key took that color. 4) Vrak has him being fitted for a black visor 5) They 6th rangers keys were shown as being energized in the command center though, maybe they were hidden because of their power. 6) Just lazy writing with the new powers. But it's possible I guess that the Dairanger reveal unlocked all those new powers. 7) I think the powers tap directly into the morphin grid where the other powers did. That way even though their morphin mechanisms may be destroyed (which is really what happened, not the powers themselves being destroyed so much) they can still access the core powers. 8) We don't know how that plays out yet, maybe he's trying to save Orion hwo is using the White Ranger power. I dunno lol. Now here's some that I had to come up with in a sort of bridge episode between the two series. Why do they switch weapons so much when fighting the xborgs? - I came up with something like the xborgs contain an advanced fighting program that helps them adapt to what they are fighting after enough experience ( resistance is futile anyone?) and by switching weapons it forces that program to reset and the xborgs are vunerable. There's no hive mind correlation so it works on every individual xborg instead of only working a few times against them all. Lastly, why did an Alien Armada name themselves The Armada? Well because.... Science or something. |
