3500 yen each is pretty good. With combined shipping, it should be just about around your 100 budget.

Since this thread seems to be about helping indecisive people, what's the best individual zord in the Samurai line? I know they work best when you buy them all, but I don't know if I'm ready to do that kind of investment yet.

I'd go with Octo being the most fun on his own, and being able to do the most. Tiger would be second, just because its gimmick.
