I definitely think Amazons, Faiz and Blade would be the easiest to do in CHRONICLE -- so few riders and forms to cover! Hibiki too if they decide they don't really care much about Oni beyond the core four. Though god I'd want a Kabuki...

I'm having trouble finding info about SHODO box layouts, so what do they typically look like in you guys' experience? 10 boxes a wave? How many dupes are there usually? I'm getting increasingly interested in SHODO-X 12 by the day and so I'm wondering what I can expect in terms of dupes.

It's been a while since I looked, but you usually get a box of ~12. Duplicate of the bike is normal, duplicate of the main Rider is normal, and usually one each of the others? I'll see if I can find an example.

Duplicate of the bike?! Okay, wow; that's actually really nice because I like the visual of Cross-Z on it too. Nice to know I don't have to choose!

I'm definitely basing this off Showa waves, where the bike gets more emphasis, but I can't see them changing it up *that* much? Especially since they're doing the Machine Builder in the first place.

If I'm not mistaken, the bike is normally two boxes, as in it two boxes to make one bike, so that accounts for a large amount of the boxes in a SHODO set.

Note that Shodo-X waves X1-X10 all have 6 different boxes. X11 and X12 (neither of which have been released yet) both have 7 different boxes. A case contains 10 boxes, meaning that X11 and X12 will have 1 less extra in the case. I don't think there will be room for an extra bike.
Also, X10, while it only had 6 boxes, only put one bike in the case. This makes the expansion set and Rider figures 1:1. The bike of that wave has no parts in that expansion set and was the only one not to. The center stage figure was also Hyper Kabuto, which most of the expansion set was for. I think this is the logic going forward. My theory for X11 is: Ex-Aid Level 2 x2 (The center stage figure) Riderman x2 Expansion Set x2 (Completes the 2 figures above) Ex-Aid Mighty Bros R x1 Ex-Aid Mighty Bros L x1 Riderman's Bike A x1 Riderman's Bike B x1 I theorize X12 will do similar, but I'd have to see what's in the Expansion Set first. Regardless of what I think it will be, X11 and X12 will have different case breakdowns from past cases because there's less room for extras. |

Yeah, if that's how it's done it's hard not to see the dupes being Build, Cross-Z, Expansion. Though I could possibly see one of Build or Cross-Z being replaced by a Hazard dupe if the expansion pack includes alternate Hazard heads.

It's been a while since I did a SO-DO. I've been trying to buy less of them but I could not resist this one.
Liner Form is one of my favorite designs purely because I'm a train nerd. This one was a lot of work. It is extremely sticker heavy, which includes white stickers. I did what I was willing to do. Black paint on the feet, sides of legs, sides of arms, shoulder, neck and head. White paint on the hands, inside of arms, edges of shoulder Silver on heels, ankle, kneepads, wrists, belt, weapon, collar, back, face details, and pantograph. The Red-White-Black made me think of Saber a lot. I do have base Saber coming in the mail soon and I'm not looking forward to it!
