The last couple of weeks have been pretty busy here at TokuNation.com! We'd like to welcome all of our new users who have joined us since Toy Fair 2012. That being said, there's some stuff that's been going on in the world of Tokusatsu and we want to talk about it!
To begin with - Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger (or Pirate Sentai) has officially come to an end (unless you count the movies still left to come out). To say that the series ended with a bang would be an understatement. If you haven't had a chance to check it out, please head to your favorite Fan Sub site, download the subtitled episode, and voice your thoughts on the final episode and the series as a whole. For those who prefer their Super Sentai in Power Ranger form, the second season of Power Rangers Samurai (the Americanized version of Sentai Shinkenger) started airing on Nickelodeon. This season is being referred to as Power Rangers Super Samurai, and the first two episodes have already aired. If you've checked it out, add your thoughts to Super Samurai episode and Shell Game episode. Kamen Rider Fourze is starting to heat up again. If you dropped the show earlier, you might want to consider picking it back up. The Horoscopes are making the show really interesting. The easiest way to jump in is to head to our Kamen Rider Fourze Forum and start discussing! And of course ... we saved the best for last. With the end of Gokaiger comes the beginning of Gobuster and we've created a whole new forum to celebrate the 36th Super Sentai series. Check it out - Tokumei Sentai GoBuster Forum. The first episode has also already aired and is receiving incredible reviews. Join in the discussion once you've watched the episode by clicking here! And because the users of TokuNation.com demanded it ... we've also included a sub-forum for the upcoming not-Sentai-but-kind-of-is series, Akibaranger. For those with a serious interest in this new series, you can make your way to its own forum by following this link - Akibaranger Sub-Forum. It's going to be a fun and interesting year in Tokusatsu! We hope you'll join us for the ride! |
