I'd like to see those, too. All I have is a crumbling VHS I got through a punk distro in the mid-90's. I bet it's the same set!
Angel, I PM'd you some Machine Man links.

Space Sheriff Gavan Episodes 25 and 26: It was too good to last for Episode 24's greatness. 25 was normal stop villain plot with typical Gavan flair. Episode 26 was a better episode, I felt bad for Gavan because of what happened. That he has to return to this little girl and explain what happened to her brother because of the Dream Bird group was something. Also an actual glowing prop for the Lazer Sword was great too. I might skim through some of the episodes to get to hopefully something with more plot.
SS Gavan Episodes 27 and 28: Skimmed through 27 which was the normal episodic flair of the Showa Era. Great action though. Episode 28 was freaking brilliant with Monica, she was a brilliant villain, had great moments from Hunter Killer, Mimi, and Retsu too. These are the episodes I like more that give us stuff from the main cast instead of the supporting or civilian of the week people.

Well I recently started Ultraman X on crunchyroll since I've had an itch for years to get into Ultraman and I thought that this show would be a good starting point. So far the show is alright. There is no real story yet other then the mystery of Daichi's parents, but even that hasn't really developed recently.
The characters are tolerable so far and non of them are as annoying as the group from Drive or Onari. The miniatures and action choreography are really nice and alot better than what I have seen before in toku. Overall this show is okay so far. There isn't anything really keeping me at the edge of my seat right now, but the show isn't bad either its just kind of there for me right now. After I finish X I plan on watching Orb which I have heard excellent things about. |

Space Sheriff Gavan Episodes 29 and 30: Skimmed through 29 seemed filler-ish again. Episode 30 was freaking brilliant and finally brings us some big changes to the show. With San Darva, Don Horror's son, in the mix brings a new layer here. Especially with Hunter Killer seemingly betraying Makuu. Also, Space Sheriff Alan seems intriguing too. Gavan kicked ass once again and it was masterful. I can't wait for more.

Last night I started Ultraman Gaia, which is my first 90s Ultra, the rest have been either Showa-era shows (the original & Leo) or 2000s/2010s shows (Nexus, Max, Mebius Ginga/S X and Orb). 3 episodes in and kinda digging it. |

Yeah, go Orb. I didn't even make it past three eps of X.
Speaking of Orb - which eps are the clip episodes so far so I don't waste time DL'ing them?

I say watch both, X is really awesome too. I think I like it more than Orb.
There's only one I think, Episode 13, but as far as clip shows go it isn't that terrible so you might as well just watch it for the few original scenes that span the recaps. |

Space Sheriff Gavan Episode 31: Continuing the story line with Space Sheriff Alan was fantastic. Both San Darva and his mother continue to be good villains too. This was definitely a creepy episode but a good one with Alan and Gavan kicking ass till they rescue the princess. Well if we get more episodes like this Gavan has definitely picked up now.
