I had a good time with this one. I laughed so hard at them getting turned into toys and the kids playing with them
Cant wait for next week though and to learn more about Kyuemons past and what he did with the Dads Nintality. |

I think the he falcon guy was probably the best villain in Ninninger so far. He was cunning, powerful, cool, and kind of funny too.

Oh no, I did not like this one bit.
I have to say this might be my least favorite episode of Sentai since the Go-Bus/Gavan crossovers. And this is coming from a Ninninger fan. I guess the reveal at the end was okay? But geez, other than that... |

Funniest episode ever. I kinda wish the ramen bowl did something more useful though for some reason.
Love the return of King Shurikenjin. The episode was a perfect time for UFOmaru to come back though, so that's a shame. And now we're getting some more details about what happened to Tsumuji. This season is awesome. |

Wasn't really a fan of the episode at all (there's something about Nininnger's slapstick that just doesn't work for me, and this is coming from someone who's usually indifferent about that sort of thing) but I did like the direction this episode seems to be taking the series in. For once I'm actually interested to see where things are going.

Watching Ninninger side-by-side with Carranger may not have been the greatest idea. Carranger is Sentai slapstick done right, and Ninninger's attempts to replicate that tone fall thuddingly flat, especially in such direct comparison.

This episode was good in comparison to some older episodes if I'm to be perfectly honest. The action was pretty decent, and the slapstick was somewhat funny.
I found the scene where the group snuck into the school disguised as toys to be amusing. (Though I couldn't stop thinking of Toy Story 3 when I saw it.) Hayabusa was also a pretty cool villain in my book. Good looking design, actually somewhat competent, and funny as well. Shame he was just a typical monster of the week. And we finally got something interesting happening in terms of the plot. I'm curious to see where they'll go from here. |

This one felt like it was a leftover script from ToQger, just reformatted for Ninninger.
I will agree however that birdy bonnet was decently strong enough to make for a good MOTW. It seems like now that we're into the second half, about ten-fifteen episodes are going to be all about Kyuemon, and the last three-five are going to be about Kibaoni. I'm not sure how I feel about that.
