Zeno: He's annoying
Goku: Right?! That line is so self aware it hurts. |

Okay, so can I just say that I really hate Crunchyroll? I can't believe people actually pay for this thing. Tonight we finished the BLack Goku arc but we experience constant freeze ups and the video kept going in and out of HD every other minute.
Rant aside, those 4 episodes were great even if the final episode cheated a bit. The last battles with Zamasu was really exciting, especially when Goku and Vegeta fused together. I was also pleased with how they made up a reason for their Boo saga fusion not being permenant. Good stuff all around and this truly was one of the best story arcs in the entire franchise. Can't wait to see where things go from here. |

Is it just me...or did Goku transform into Phoenix Wright this episode?

Great episode, one of my favorite episodes in Super. Dr. Slump is very wacky and over the top. Glad to see that Toriyama didn't forget about his older work. Dr. Slump seems to almost be Toriyama's one of his obscure work outside of Japan and Asia, but its his best work IMO.

I don't think that's true. In fact I'd say its one of the few anyone else could even name outside of Dragon Ball.

Yeah, I thinK Sandland is far more obscure than Slump. It's just that Slump hasn't been given any recognition in the US (which is strange since you would think Viz would have been all over it).

Most people I talk too, only know Toriyama for Dragon Ball. The Dr. Slump manga has been publish by English by Viz, but both anime series was never dubbed in English. The more hardcore anime fans know about Dr. Slump, but I was talking about the casual fans and viewers outside of Japan.

Oh yeah, I doubt anyone's arguing that Dr Slump isn't all that well known in Western territories. But Toriyama's most obscure work? No way, as I said before its most likely the only one most people could even name outside Dragon Ball.
