So it looks like there may be some US distribution of Bandai's Candy toys. Bluefin did say on their twitter that there would be some cross posting between them and this page, and that these will be available in the usuall places like Amazon. Right now there's only some DBZ and Gundam stuff listed, but I'm sure we'll see Toku related candy toys come over. I'd really love to see Sentai mini-pla get distributed, but seeing as how there's usually trouble bringing over Sentai stuff I'm a bit worried. I think we'll at least see the yearly Kamen Rider gimmick toys though.

Oh my oh my. This'd better extend to Rider gimmick weapons. And then Bandai should bring back Motion Revives because America loves 3 3/4" figures. Actually, they should just bring them back regardless.

I wonder if this refers to US retailers or to Japan-oriented stores in the US (such as Mitsuwa Marketplace). I hope it's US retailers, could use some Candy Toy Minipla besides the Go-Buster ones after I missed all the other ones

As far as I'm aware, it refers to the same kind of distribution as Bluefin's: Online and specialty retailers like comic stores.

Regardless of distribution or anything I'd love to see a website with reasonable shipping. $30 for a $15 set is not a reasonable shipping charge.

Oh! If this refers to Bluefin distribution then I may be able to be the minipla man My shop will be eligible to order sets through them if that's true. Though I'm sure they'll be a few months after the Japanese releases, just like Bluefins other stuff.

Good news. I already have most Minipla sets I want from this decade, but if they can bring over sets from the 00's, especially stuff from before Go-Onger, then color me intrigued.

I highly doubt that's possible. Once candy toy assortments sell out, they're gone. They won't be producing more of the older sets. I'd say that if anything this just means that new sets will be released here as they come out in Japan.

I think they re-release the figures a few years later in Korea, so there's that...
