I'm a Christian living in the Caribbean and I've been blogging since 2008 and doing websites since 1999. It's a passion of mine to express myself, my views and all. I have several websites. One for music, another for movies, one for TV, another for politics.
I've done Power Rangers blogs and sites before and they are still pretty good. I see one is still up by freeservers, way, way back in the day, from 20 years ago, to my surprise. I've also seen out school sites still up about Tommy and Kat, TJ and Cassie, fansites, and of course there is rangercentral.com and there was another fro back in the day, "The Power Core. I also love Family Guy. Here's the thing. I'm thinking of merging all of my wordpress blogs together and just have one blog one for music, movies like (Birds of Prey (2020) and The Batman (2021)), TV and politics and a second one for my Christian faith. Two is good and maybe down the line a side blog for MMPR season 2, the second power rangers movie reboot. But it wouldn't be bad if they rebooted the TV franchise, start fresh and not necessarily with the same cast or characters and themes from the 1990s, Sentai Jetman, and Mirager (Sentai 2020). Given all I have said, what do you all suggest. I welcome many opinions from all of you. No negativity or rudeness. Keep it respectful and decent. |

I think two blogs is plenty, and I think you've got the right idea as to how you'd divide them up. Keep all the pop culture stuff on one, and the religious stuff on another. As long as you make sure articles are tagged well on the pop culture site (every Power Rangers article should be tagged with a #powerrangers or #mmpr or whatever, just make sure it's consistent), you can have as many separate interests on there as you want. Visitors should be able to easily click through to see just the stuff that appeals to them. Some sort of navigational tool on the sidebar to quickly navigate to the parts that someone's looking for wouldn't hurt, either.
Best of luck with your sites!

Nice to see another Christian here.
I say go for it. But when you do the culture blog, add tabs or categories to let the audience navigate posts that suit their interests. I've seen too many blogs where people don't do this and it ends up confusing and cluttered. |
